Lovely location right by the old port. Sea-view rooms overlookibg the small marina/ port. Very friendly and helpful hosts, kitchen for guest- use on site. open street parking 5 mins away from accomodation or private parking for additional fee in reserved parking space at same distance. Restaurants, supermarket and cafes nearby. Would certainly come again!

“Guest house full of character with the best view in Komiza”

What a gem of a place, kind of funny old guest house with lots of character - host was really friendly and couldn’t be more helpful, organised parking for the whole stay which was really appreciated. The balcony we had was worth the money alone sitting in the evening with a bottle of wine. The shared kitchen and roof terrace was great for breakfast overlooking the sea. The private bathroom was perfectly clean and just over the corridor from our room. The beach mats to bring with us were also a nice touch.

“Dream stay in Komiza”

Dream location and beautiful room. We luckily had the balcony all to ourselves during our stay and it looked directly to the sea. It was a 1 min walk to Komiza beach where we could go for a swim and then relax back on the balcony for some shade, reading and wine. There was also a shared kitchen which overlooked the sea and a rooftop terrace. Our room had a private bathroom that was outside of the room and although less convenient, well worth it for the beautiful location. The room and bathroom were also very clean and room had good aircon, storage space and a small fridge. The windows were also extremely soundproof (considering boats would be motoring ability early in the morning). We hope to be back in the future!

Absolutely incredible location, staying in during bad weather was so fun because you can enjoy the view all day long. Was quite clean and the communication with the owner was smooth.

The location is perfect! We could see the sunset from our room every day and slept hearing the sea waves. The view from the balcony was amazing! I barely could leave the room. The room is okay, very very comfortable. The bathroom was private however outside the room, it was not a problem for us.

Right in the centre - on the promenade, yet quiet at night. Clean and tidy. Comfy bed. Stunning sea view from each side of the room.

Perfect location to stay at Komiza. We loved the location and the view the most. Simply amazing to watch the changing colours of the sea and sky over the days we were there. We had the corner room so got a lovely cross breeze and views.
