Overview
Situated on Vis Island in the small fishing village of Komiza in a bay is the Komiza Provita Guesthouse. It offers air-conditioned, bright studio apartments in a stone-built guesthouse. The main beach is 30 metres away, while the centre of Komiza can be reached in 50 metres. Guests can visit the Komuna Fortress or the Benedictine Muster Monastery on Vis. Free parking is offered nearby. The nearby Biševo Island is famous for its natural phenomenon, the Blue Cave. There are excursions organised from Vis. You can also go diving around both islands.

Tonio is an amazing host who goes above and beyond to make sure you’re in the know of what is going on and just a lovely guy in general! The balcony is a great place to relax and see Komiza! I would stay here again, great value for your money :)

“Quiet, well equipped room with a beautiful shared roof terrace. A great place to stay in Komiza!”
There was an amazing shared roof terrace which had beautiful views over the sea and town. It was so nice to eat our breakfast up there or have an evening drink on the terrace, often it was just us. The room came well equipped with a fan and aircon and had a drying rack outside the window. There was a small kitchenette which had a a fridge was useful. It was in a lovely quiet location just a 2 min walk from the main beach and 5 mins walk (or less) into the restaurants, although some of Komiza’s best restaurants are just opposite the accommodation. Tonio was very welcoming and accommodating and provided helpful information about the bus schedule and tour options in Komiza and also let us check in early which was really helpful. The rooms and communal spaces were very clean. Also Tonio provides some sharing beach items such as padded loungers and a lilo which was nice to be able to use.

The location is great and the rooms are clean. There is a roof terrace with chairs and tables if you want to enjoy the sun.

We booked 3 separate rooms for 3 couples, they are all located in the same building and each has access to the terrace which has a beautiful view. The rooms were clean, equipped with a small well-equipped kitchen. The bed were super comfortable, the bathroom spacious. The host was always available and ready to solve any problem, it was definitely a delightful stay!
