Very affordable, great staff. The location was great and close to most places.

The property was in a good location about 15 minutes walk from the beach, the local restaurants and shopping mall. The room was clean and spacious with lots of storage for clothes, it also had a kitchenette.

Paul and Jessica first class hosts everything that should work did work Ruby and Bruno pussycats with guests would not like to be an intruder all staff first class rooms towels and sheets clean every 2 days quiet location short walk beach and restaurants added bonus if you don't want to eat out Jessica is a great cook

The property is small and friendly, very peaceful. Paul and Jessica the owners went above and beyond to make us welcome and have a memorable stay. The staff are all pleasant. Will be staying again.

The location was very good 15 minute Walking distance to new kololi road. 5-10 minutes drive to Senegambia and beach about half hour walk. The Staff are helpful Alfa, Jessica, Haddy and cleaning lady.

Staff were extremely friendly breakfast was good and a special mention to the day security will do anything for you

“Regrettable, disappointed, dis ingenious, educational”

Over charged me ,refuted the claim, they charge a different price than listed several times. No night watch man for a portion of my stay. Waiting outside for half hour in dark alley street TV not working. Waited three days for toilet paper. But other guests were spared these struggles for some reason ,and they advertised a different room and confirmed and when I got there it was a problem. Attempted to force me to cancel my booking to hide the fact they'd ever booked and confirmed the booking at the same time while trying to avoid negative optics being attached to the booking .Com profile while doing the most to make it unavoidablle, left me feeling disappointed and angry with whole exsperience

. But the rooms are nice and the people are very kind and helpful.

This property is absolutely brilliant, within walking distance to shops,bars,restaurants & local tourist area in Senegambia, large market for anything you need,, also local taxis at very good rates, English owner & his partner Jessica, the place is immaculate, 24 hour security, cleaners clean your apartment every day, clean bed sheets & towels every day,,, hot running water,,, generator Incase power goes off so you will never be without electricity , cooking facilities in your apartment + utensils ,, I have enjoyed my stay here & will return very soon,,, swimming pool is clean & safe & maintained very well, staff are always helpful & pleasant 😃😁😊, you will not be disappointed with this property & is good value for money 👍😊
