Overview
This 4-star hotel complex is located 50 metres from the beach in Kołobrzeg. It features a rotating café with panoramic view of the sea. The access to the indoor swimming pool, a sauna and fitness centre is free. All rooms at the Arka Medica Spa are spacious and decorated in warm colours. Each comes with an LCD TV and a refrigerator. A variety of facial and body treatments is available at the hotel spa, as well as an indoor tennis court at an extra fee. A varied buffet breakfast is served every morning. Guests can enjoy meals at one of the hotel 2 restaurants, Baltica or Impresja. There is also Lobby Bar Wellness, which specialises in fresh drinks and herbal teas. Arka Medical Spa features a shopping centre and a spacious auditorium, where 200 people can enjoy a film or a concert. Free Wi-Fi is provided in all public areas.

Our short holiday was marvellous because of Arka medical spa. There were plenty kinds of food during breakfast and dinner and they were very delicious, thanks for them. The staff always tries to help and to support us. The hotel is closed to the Baltic, so we went there any time of the day. Also, there are lots of spa procedures in the hotel, like massages, sauna, swimming pool, fitness and etc. I really recommend Arka Medical Spa if you would like to have great time on your holiday.

No air conditioning in the room. Stuff bit aggressive. Not all Stuff in the eateries wearing hotel outfit, but also displaying foreign insignia in Poland and not speaking clearly Polish language. When we're in Poland 🇵🇱 we expect to be served in native language.

“Great hotel in nice location”
Nice hotel, near the beach, great for the children, amazing breakfast, clean and comfy rooms. I definitely recommend. We were there in May, so mainly full of retired people, but in the summer must be good for the children with extra activities for kids. Also loved the variety of food at breakfast, everything you could ask for and more.

We were threatened that our car will be towed away even though we parked where the staff knew we had to park given lack of spaces in the general car park. What is worse, they went to the room and disturbed my 13 year old son who got really stressed. Stupid and absurd behaviour towards paying guests

Breakfast closed earlier then 11am and tables were always prepared and reserved for lunch despite the whole room was mostly overcrowded.
