“Perfect stay”
Perfect communication with host. Very clean and comfy place to stay. Kitchen fully equipped with kitchen utensils. Very comfy double bed. Absolutely 10 out of 10 in general!!! Thank you Joanna. Kind regards. Kris

“Best place to stay in Kolo.”
The host was vary helpful and eager to help solve all possbile issues. For example the coffee machine needed to go try cleaning cycle, and the host took our coffee machine and replaced it with other one until the problem was taken care off. As for the apartment it is excellent: Everything is new and clean. We had all appliances available: washing machine, dish washing machine, oven, stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, iron, vacuum cleaner and espresso coffee machine. The internet is fast and reliable. Heating is good. Place is quiet and good for resting. It is close to the center of the city, and all the amenities.

“Exceptional property 😊”
Good contact with host throughout with excellent customer service delivered. The host was helpful and attentive at all times via messages checking on our progress and stay. Property prepped & secured with keys ready in lock box for our arrival for contact free handovers, no issues with time of arrival. Massive bonus as opposed to needing to meet as specific times for handover of keys. Upon arrival, all items needed (towels, paper drink etc) were there and available for immediate relaxation after travelling. Very high-quality property, great wifi and finishings, and clean throughout. Will hopefully be able to secure for our stay on the next trip to the area.
