The apartment had everything you needed. It was exceptionally clean and so were the surrounding gardens. The air con was excellent and cooled the room down within minutes.

The location is absolutely ideal – on a hill in a quiet area, with several stunning beaches within easy reach. The apartment is tastefully furnished, spacious, and features a large balcony with breathtaking views of the azure sea and the picturesque island landscape. Daily cleaning and ample parking space are a matter of course. Mr. Babis is an accommodating and attentive host, always ready to help. The stay at Villa Kavourakia was a unique experience for us, and we heartily recommend it. We would be glad to return here.

The warm welcome started right at the villa, where Babis — the friendly owner and a well-known local honey maker. The guest house has a homely feel, with beautiful cats and dogs that make the place even more charming. Everything is spotless, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the location is ideal for both exploring and unwinding. A true gem with great value for money!

Our stay at Kavourakia Guesthouse on the beautiful island of Skiathos from July 26th to July 30th, 2025, was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charm and beauty of this place. The house itself was impeccably clean, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. One of the highlights of our stay was the breathtaking view. The terrace, with its panoramic vistas, offered some of the most incredible scenery we've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. Whether it was sunrise or sunset, we found ourselves constantly in awe of the natural beauty that surrounded us. Words can't quite do justice to the peace and serenity that the location provides — it truly felt like a slice of paradise. What made our stay even more special was the incredible hospitality of the owner. He was not only kind and genuinely welcoming but also incredibly attentive and helpful with anything we needed during our stay. From offering local tips to assisting with transportation, his willingness to go the extra mile made us feel at home. It’s rare to find such genuine warmth in a host, and it really enhanced our overall experience. There is absolutely nothing we could fault during our time at Kavoarakia. Near buss station, close to giros fast food, small grocery store and around 400 meters to wonderful beach with great Beach-house restaurant and bar. The host is very friendly and helpful. Our aircons get broke and next morning came new one. That is great service from the host. I will gladly return to Villa Kavourakia.
