Overview
Within 700 metres from the sandy Kolios Beach in Skiathos, Kolios View Studios features a sea-view pool with sun terrace and a snack bar. Its self-catering units open out to a private balcony enjoying unobstructed views over the Aegean Sea. The simply decorated studios of Kolios View have a kitchenette with dining area. Each air-conditioned unit is equipped with a fridge, cooking hobs and a TV. The private bathroom is stocked with a hairdryer. Guests can start their day with a continental breakfast served daily at the dining area. Coffees, drinks and light snacks can also be enjoyed at the poolside snack bar throughout the day. Kolios View Studios is situated 7 km from Skiathos Town and Port and 9 km from Skiathos National Airport. The famous Koukounaries Beach is at 5 km. Free private parking is possible on site.

“Fabulous!”
Fabulous location with stunning views. Very clean rooms and facilities and great hosts, always friendly and helpful. Breakfast with the amazing view was wonderful. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and several great tavernas. Bus stop just a few minutes walk away with regular buses into the Old Town.

“Great holiday in a lovely location.”
Lovely location, view, cleanliness and comfortable. Close proximity to Kolios beach and a range of good tavernas, especially Jimmy’s and Infinity Blue. Bus stop 15 great for getting to the town and visiting other beaches.

“Lovely place to stay with amazing view in Skiathos”
The location and the view were absolutely amazing. Even if there were some stairs to climb, it wasn’t such a big problem for us. Having a rented car during our trip was a big plus. The room was clean and also the facilities. Cleaning the room, changing the sheets and towels were made every 2 days. We didn’t use the pool to have an opinion about it. We loved the adults only aspect of the location as it was quiet and chill.

“Spacious, Scenic, and Relaxing Stay in Kolios”
The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with absolutely stunning views from the balcony – a real highlight. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bathroom was a great size with hot water available at all times. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The pool area was lovely too – a nice size with plenty of comfortable loungers to relax on. Breakfast was simple but tasty, just right to start the day.

“Clean and pleasurable.”
The staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful. Couple of niggles on arrival were dealt with straightaway. The place was spotless and they changed the sheets, towels, and cleaned every other day! Breakfast was plentiful. Greek yoghurt was lovely. Great service - let us use a service room after checkout as we had a late flight. Liked the fact that all the rooms were for 2 people so essentially adults only.

Large apartment, beautiful view. Basic but spotlessly clean. AC included in the price, not extra. Perfect hosts and staff. Lovely pool area. Continental style breakfast included which was tasty. Mainly bread/yoghurt based. Very helpful and accommodating for late check out and ironing facilities. Owners have a gorgeous dog: Max who became our friend.

Great setting/position, over looking Kolios. Warm, friendly welcome. Owners very hospitable & couldn’t do enough. Very clean even though traditional style buildings. Daily breakfast sets you up for the day & an added bonus.

“Amazing view with lovely staff and in a great location”
The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, the view from both the balcony and pool area was amazing. The hotel was in a great location, it had resturants and beaches in walking distance, but it also had a bus stop close by that took you straight into the main town and to further beaches. The breakfast was good and alternated each day, although could have been bigger. Argiro was super helpful and made us feel at home. Would definitely recommend.

Rooms are very clean and the seaview is perfect from the balcony. Near are great beaches, restaurants an supermarket. The staff is really kind and helpfull. The price is worth to stay here.
