“Lovely, relaxing getaway.”
Lovely breakfast and wonderful location next to Koli national park. Tony and partner very welcoming. We enjoyed pony trekking around the area and lovely to wake up with the ponies in the paddocks around our cabin.

The accommodation is in a perfect location, very close to the beautiful Koli National Park and for a great price. They allow you to save a few Euros if you bring your own bed linen and towels. We had the double room with shared bathroom and kitchen which was perfectly fine for a short stay. The room also had a small fridge and a microwave as well as an electric heater which was very convenient

We had a fantastic stay! The location is peaceful and surrounded by nature — we haven’t slept this well in years. The room was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were warm and welcoming, and horseback riding with Marcus was a true highlight. The Icelandic horses were gentle and a joy to ride — perfect for both beginners and experienced riders. Marcus was kind, patient, and also really funny, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back!

The location is good. It takes about 15 minutes by walking to the entrance of hiking trails to Ukko-Koli. The room is comfortable and clean. The owner is hospitable to provide helpful information.

The location of Paimentupa is excellent. It is located around Koli National Park. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery at any time. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from Paimentupa to the trailhead. In less than an hour, you can hike to Paha-Koli, Akka-Koli and Ukko-Koli, and other hiking trails. The layout and color of the room are elegant and warm, and it is also very clean. It makes people feel like home and very comfortable. It is highly recommended to those who want to travel to Koli National Park. I stayed three nights and really enjoyed my stay there. Paimentupa also offers horseback riding experiences on forest trails, which is also highly recommended. The owner provided considerable assistance, making it smooth for me to get there even by public transportation.

Extremely friendly and accommodating staff, and very knowledgeable about the area. Great location for hiking in Koli National Park. Rooms were spacious and had all the facilities needed. Fire pit/grill was prepared for an easy light.

“Pure nature near Koli National Park”
This beautiful location is settled in an absolutely calm and peaceful surrounding. Toni gave us the warmest welcome so we felt like home instantly. The Appartement is well equipped and has a perfect size for two people. Koli National Park is right around the corner with a lot of impressive hikes.

We liked it all! Great location and cool temperature in the room. We had a minifridge where everything fit, the kitchen had everything we needed, bathrooms were very nice and great people working there.

“We felt warmly welcomed, and all our needs were taken into account 100%”
The Horses were lovely, and Marcus was charming and charismatic host for the horseback riding trip. We still find ourselves laughing at all the jokes and stories he shared. All of the staff were super friendly and kind.

“Great location, great hosts, good facilities”
Super friendly and accommodating hosts. Excellent breakfast. Great location for outdoor activities. We loved the BBQ place available for guests to spend a cosy evening around the fire eating dinner together, frying sausages. Also very nice to have outdoor games (mölkky, darts, badmington...) available for the youngest. Would definitely recommend to friends!
