Situated 500 metres from the centre of Kolašin, Art Apartments Minic offers unique accommodation in mushroom-shaped bungalows or in cottage-style apartments with views of the Tara River valley. Each unit is furnished with handmade wooden furniture and decorated with the paintings made by the owners. Apartments have modern facilities which include free Wi-Fi and cable TV. Some units also come with a balcony or a seating area with barbecue facilities and views of the nearby mountains. The property is 500 metres from local restaurants and a market. A botanical garden can be found at a distance of 1 km. Bjelasica Mountain Ski Centre, featuring 30 km of slopes, is within 9 km from Art Apartments Minic. Out of winter season, the mountain provides good facilities for cycling, walking and mountaineering. Rafting is possible on River Tara. Guests can also visit Biogradska Gora, a forest and national park located just 19 km away. The Main Bus and Train Station is 1.5 km from the Art Apartments Minic. Podgorica Airport is 80 km away. The property offers garage parking free of charge.

We were lucky to stay in mushroom shape house, and it was a quite of an experience. Everything has been built and made with so much attention to detail, including the hand paintings of the walls. Hosts are very warm and friendly. We highly recommend choosing this place.

We (our fault) messed up arrival date and owner waited till midnight. Very friendly, warm welcome on next day without any complaints being late for 1 day! Unique little 🍄-houses and appartments, dog was no problem at all.

“Absolutely lovely experience”
One of our most favorite places we stayed in during our Montenegro trip. Very creative and unique place, we loved everything about it. We had some car troubles on our checkout day, so the owner offered us to leave our bags in an empty apartment for the whole day while we fix everything.

“Quirky and homely mushroom”
We loved the mushroom. Gorgeous, quirky and comfortable bed. Lovely terrace with seats, good kitchen facilities, good bathroom facilities and good location. Excellent parking in a covered garage.. It was delightful.

The apartment is just great, so cozy and great equipped, with such stylish and lovely details. The pictures on the walls are making great views, and when I found out they were painted by the owners themselves, it delighted me!

“A true gem of Kolašin”
The "Mushroom" house is an amazing achievement both artistically and architecturally. Looking at it from the outside you would never believe there is room inside for three people to stay comfortably. Everything is well thought to the last detail. A small kitchen and bathroom are fully functional and central heating allows for winter holidays. Located in walking distance from Kolašin town center, it is a unique spot and a true gem of the region.

“Visit in mushrooms”
We visited mushrooms in May. Everything and all devices and wifi worked good. The owner was a very kind person. She recommended us a seweral restaurants. The place was beautiful. We recommended so much. Guys from Poland
