“Acceptable”
The staff is kind and helpful, even though they don’t speak any foreign languages — not even English — but communication is possible with gestures and patience. The rooms are clean — not spotless, but acceptable. The pool looks nice (even though we didn’t use it). Breakfast was good, and although we noticed a few dirty plates, we managed to find clean ones.

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms. Suitable for both couples and families with children. An excellent restaurant with a very wide selection of dishes. Great prices! Nice service staff. Great breakfast.

“Nice place but there is place for improvements”
Wonderful big balcony. Nice location for some waterfall walk in the Belasitsa mountains. They have a good restaurant and in fact the cook is the only English speaker and once he helped us to clarify the pool schedule problem.

“Superb value for money. A very good hotel in most aspects.”
The hotel is great. Situated in a village at the foothills of Belasica mountain, it has a great courtyard where you can also sit and dine if you don't want to sit inside. The rooms are big, well furnished and bright. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom is big. The spa has everything one would expect. The restaurant is cheap and the food is decent-to-good. Especially the salads are great. Overall this is a great value for money.

The location is very good for different tourist hikes. Food was very delicious, the place was clean and the staff were very friendly. You can have an active vacation or just rest by the pool.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Eco Hotel Momata. The manager, receptionist, and all of the staff were very attentive and helpful. The rooms were clean and well furnished, and the restaurant served great Bulgarian cuisine. The spa was well maintained, with a terrific pool, steam room and sauna.
