Fire Alarm went off multiple times with out any explanation. staff did nothing to tell people what was happening. most people were out side but we could see childern running in the lobby and the staff didnt tell them to go out side or inform us that we could come back inside.

“Terrible”
Check in guy was really nice and worked hard for us. The check out lady was also nice but didn’t know what was going on. I got swore out on the phone by someone claiming to be the owner of the property. I was just checking on my refund. Poor location, poor staff, poor facilities, it’s literally cleaner to sleep outside.
