Amazing family, even provided medical assistance! The house is larger than it appears in the photos and very clean and comfortable. The beach is 20 seconds to the house and one of the best on the island. There is absolutely no noise from the restaurant or beach. Kokkari is a 6 minute drive away (40 minutes walking because of the steep hill on the way back) where you can get everything you need for your stay and the restaurant across the hill is also very good (but closes around 5-6 after dinner service).

The hosts were extremely understanding. We kept them waiting for a while because our ferry was delayed. The location was great, it is on one of the most beautiful beaches in Samos. The house was super clean, my mother was amazed :) We were so comfortable about the cleanliness, we felt like we were at home.

The house was very clean. The owner was very funny. The house had everything. Kitchenware, cabinets, stove, washing machine... The view of the house was very nice. There was air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room. There was a beach right across the house. The house is just from the beach. It was 100 meters away. It is a very, very beautiful house. We were very pleased.

If you are searching for a quiet and relaxing space for your holidays, Xenia Apartment is the right choice! It is located directly at the beach (2-3 min by foot) but if you like hiking, the mountains are also not far away. It is really quiet, the beach is not too crowded and there is a small restaurant nearby. The apartment is super tidy and we felt very welcomed by the lovely hosts. The next city, Kokkari, is super nice and friendly and many of the restaurants have vegetarian and vegan options. We can recommend Avli, Crepe a la Greck and Grandma’s Home.

spectacular location, the house located in the best beach in Samos, but there is no way to access it without a car. We really liked the house in general.
