**********************************EVERYTHING IS WONDERFUL************ Everything was perfect. When we arrived at the hotel, Vasili welcomed us and offered us cold drinks. Then he crowned the welcome with a glass of wine he made himself. We had a very friendly and helpful host. Everything was perfect. The view from the balcony was perfect. The cleanliness was perfect. We felt like we were at home. I will go again and again. Vasili is my friend who lives in Greece. The 5-minute walk to the beach, watching the view and seeing the Greek houses, greeting smiling people was a great experience. Kokari beach was perfect. We made Greek friends there. Uncle Kostas, whom we met on the beach, accompanied our children to jump into the sea from high places for two days with his grandchildren. We talked to the Greek children who were fishing and our children swam with them. We ate delicious seafood. I thought a lot but I couldn't find anything that I thought would be Finally, I would like to thank the host Vassili. 'Thank you for your hospitality and everything. Everything was perfect. The location is very good, 10 mins walk to the centre of Kokkari. Also, being close to nice beaches and having a vivid city centre, Kokkari is one of the great spots to accommodate in Samos. The owner of the hotel was very kind and friendly, he even offered us a bottle of house wine as a gift. The price was fair (but we did our reservation in Feb 2024).

The family that own the property were very friendly, helpful and interesting to talk to. We were given some delicious fruit and wine from their garden. The general outside areas were good. The room was a good size and clean. The beds were comfortable. The room was cool enough at night not to need air con while we were there and the windows were fitted with mosquito netting which was a bonus.
