Giannis and his family was fantastic hosts and the studio is big and spacious. Fantastic shower and full eciped kitchen. The terrass is big and very comfortable to sit in. Could not have asked for a better place to stay at. And so close to everything. Recommend for everyone to stay at their studio.

The studio is located just a few steps from the beach, really prime location! I was greeted by the lovely owner who was very helpful and kind, even offered me homemade wine and fruits from his garden. The room was cleaned daily and was fully accessorised. Thank you for a wonderful staycation, I recommend this place 100%

Friendly host and perfectly clean & comfortable room

Wonderful apartment in an excellent location on a quiet traffic-free road. Lovely large patio and garden. Hosts were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommended.

Very cute place close to everything, the owners and his wife and kids are very sweet. We enjoyed our stay!

We spent two weeks in good room with facilities. Shady garden. Very nice owners. Giannis helped us to get necessary information and he solved all our problems. Cleaning, new towels and fresh fruits every day. We got very nice home made wine as a present. Great shower and Wi-Fi. Location is very close to the beach and to the centre of the town with shops and tavernas. Also Kokkari has a good position to travel around the island (Pithagorio, Samos, Karlovassi and beaches). Thanks a lot for excellent vacation! We will stay here again next time. Recomend this apartments to rent.
