The sea view is absolutely amazing, the room was spotless, and the location is perfect for exploring the area. The apartment was well-equipped and had everything we needed. We would happily stay here again.

Great 6 night stay at Studio Loukas. Only had one minor issue with the hot water and the hosts fixed it immediately.

“It was a pleasant stay with a magnificent view and a clean and hospitable host.”
The apartment had an exceptional view. It was very close to the sea. Its location was excellent, being close to the center and the parking lot. The room was very clean and beautiful. The kitchen was equipped with glasses, plates, pots, pans, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a stove. Everything needed to prepare breakfast was available. The host was very warm and helpful. I definitely recommend it.

This place has the most incredible sea view and is moments away from the charming bars, cafes and restaurants of Kokkari. Our hosts were welcoming, kind and gave great recommendations for our stay, we highly recommend to anyone visiting Kokkari

Fabulous place - lovely hosts who were excellent and responsive with their communication, the room was spotless and in a fantastic location in a gorgeous little town. Lovely balcony overlooking the sea and a washing line which was a very helpful touch.

Stayed here several times now. Each apartment I have stayed in has been super clean and comfortable. The view overlooking the sea is great and Theo, our host is always most welcoming and helpful. Close to many excellent restaurants.

The view from the house was amazing. Theodore and his wife were very helpful and polite. The room was cleaned every morning (even though we didn't ask for it). There is a large free parking lot near the house.

“Heerlijk!”
To me it looks like Studio Loukia is the best place to stay in Kokkari. Just a bit outside the centre, quiet and yet very close to everything. The terras is the most amazing relaxation place.
