Penny Luxury Apartments is perfectly located for exploring the northern part of the island, including Kokkari and the stunning mountain villages of Manolates and Vourliotes. Lemonakia Beach is about a 5-minute steep walk downhill from the hotel, which might be challenging for small children or the elderly. The apartment offers a breathtaking view—Lemonakia Beach to the left and Kokkari to the right. Watching the sunrise from our balcony and taking a morning walk toward Tsamadou Beach (10 min away on foot) or Kokkari was a real highlight. The apartment is well-equipped for a comfortable stay, with quality utensils and appliances. It's tastefully furnished and decorated, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The pool is a lovely bonus, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beautiful nearby beaches. Dimitris is a fantastic host—so kind and helpful that I now feel like I have a big brother in Samos.

“Beautiful place and amazing people”
We stayed one night at Penny Luxury Apartments and we loved everything about it. The place is very close to the beautiful Lemonakia beach and Downtown Kokkari. But what we loved the most was Dimitris’ hospitality. He was so devoted and kind, which made our stay truly unique and pleasant. The room was super clean and we loved the pool too. We will come back for sure!

“Amazing views”
Great location and fantastic views of the town and Lemonakia beach from the balcony of our top floor apartment. Dimitris, our host was very welcoming and provided a light lunch with local wine on our arrival. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Pool was lovely to swim in and never busy.

“Fantastic, clean villa with amazing pool!”
Demitri was a wonderful host! He was welcoming, helpful and accommodating for our large group. The air conditioner in our apartment was recently updated so it also featured in the lounge room, not just the bedroom, which was a nice surprise! The location was amazing, right near the wonderful Lemonakia beach (but I would recommend hiring a car if staying at this property). The pool was large, very clean and had an amazing view of the beach.

“Spacious appartement”
The view when the cars weren’t parked. The breakfast articles that had been supplied. Local to most things but a car is a must for this property. Loved having the kittens about. Faulty toaster was replaced immediately. Would recommend the upstairs appartements if I stopped again. Maybe the AC concern isn’t applicable in the apartments upstairs?

Where do I start? First maybe the view, even if your apartment is on the ground floor, you enjoy the most beautiful view of Kokkari, beach Lemonakia on your left hand side and Kokkari village on your right. The view is breathtaking. Our apartment was spacious for 3 adults, very clean, kitchen was equipped with everything you would need for breakfast and preparing appetizers (pans, cutlery, glasses, cups, plates, a kettle and toaster, stove), and we enjoyed our large balcony during afternoon drinks and breakfast. They have 2 very sweet baby kittens in the property too, so they may pay a visit to your balcony :) We have enjoyed the pool in the morning just before we leave for the beach, the water is from the mountains and you feel the difference to the ordinary pools. Even though the pool you share with other 5 apartments, you catch almost the whole pool empty for yourself. We have been to the Lemonakia Beach and Tsamadou Beach often, these are the best beaches on the island. The water and the nature is so pure that you can hardly leave the place before sunset. Both beaches are only 10 minutes walking distance from the property, just ask Dimitrios for the short cut (you need to find the stairs going down and it will shorten your walk). Last but not least, Dimitrios was the sweetest host! He shared his own wine and lunch with us, gave us the tips for the best local restaurants in the area and organized our taxi needs. He even gave us a gift, which allows us to have a piece of Kokkari with us at every meal :) I am very grateful for his hospitality and kindness and would definitely go there again next year for a longer stay.
