The house was spotless clean and newly and very tastefullly renovated. It has a great terrace with a sea view where we always had our breakfast. The house had everything we needed and was close to beaches and Kokkari. The owner was very communicative and helpful. He let us arrive early, helped us with our luggages, made great suggestions and also let us do a late checkout. As 4 ladies as a family, we felt also very safe with our stay. We will come back.

“Samos perfection”

What a wonderful modern maisonette. Super comfortable. Lovely kitchen for preparing your own meals which we did. Just across the road is a pebbly beach of clear blue water for your morning or all day swimming. Stelios gave us a list a fabulous restaurants to visit we did. We weren’t disappointed. The upstairs bedroom balcony is wonderful for an aperitif. Or a beautiful sun rise.

“Perfect”

Everything was great. Mr. Stelios was helpful with everything. Our hotel was very clean and had everything we needed. The location is very close to Kokaria and within walking distance of Lemonakia Beach, the most beautiful beach in Samos. I would love to stay at this place again on my next vacation. I highly recommend it. Since it's not in the city center, you'll be more comfortable with a private car or rental car.

A very modern and clean accommodation. Private facility with a beautiful view. Had everything we needed and the accommodation provides start up amenities for the first few days. Stelios, our host, was very approachable and provided great recommendations for us to explore around the island. We would highly recommend the accommodation for anyone that is visiting the scenic and peaceful island of Samos.

Our stay was exceptional. Stelios was the perfect host: always willing to help but not imposing, and respectful of our needs and privacy. I can't fault our stay - he had thought of everything. The decor is tasteful, the bed very comfortable, the showers powerful, the view is fabulous! Great WiFi and two TVs. Nice modern kitchen. There's a road in between but it's right opposite Lemonakia beach and you're up high so you just get a fabulous sunrise behind mountains every morning and it's close to the lovely town of Kokkari. I can't recommend this property enough...

Perfect in every way. Outstanding location within easy walking distance to two beautiful beaches. Newly built to a very high standard with wonderful views over Lemonakia. The property was incredibly clean and comfortable with every modern convenience. Beds were very comfortable with high quality linens. The host, Stelios, was very welcoming and helpful. Recommend without hesitation.

Beautiful. Modern, light and spacious with very high quality fixtures and fittings, with great views. Close to all amenities in Kokkari, but also very peaceful.

The house is beautiful, new, and with great view and location. They even put a custom made fence for out baby not to fall from the terrace. Stelios is great host.

The house is in perfect condition both in terms of location and comfort. All details in the living area have been meticulously thought out and tastefully designed. The view, location, cleanliness are really perfect. we loved it.

Brand new maisonette having any amenity 2 or 3 people would ask for, including bathroom infrastructure for people with reduced mobility. Perfect bed and matress. Fantastic bathrooms (2). Excellent location, 100m from Lemonakia beach with crystal clear Aegean waters. Private parking. Direct sea view from the master bedroom and one of the two bathrooms.

everything was very, very nice. The location of the house is opposite the lemonakia beach. very short walking distance to tsamadou and navagos beaches. Kokkari center is about 20 min walking distance, but walking in the evening was quite pleasant. The inside of the house is very clean, the kitchen equipment is equipped. It was very enjoyable to spend time on the terrace of the house in the evenings. There is air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. The bedroom also has a ceiling fan. stelios was very involved. we had a really nice holiday. thank you very much
