Location and cleanliness

We stayed at this hotel for the second time as a group of 25 people. It is in an excellent location. The owners are very kind and understanding. The hotel is very clean.

The location is exceptional. Stunning view, central location, walk to everything. Sitting on the balcony having a pre-dinner drink looking straight up the beach, absolutely beautiful. The staff are exceptionally obliging & friendly, with nothing being a problem. A small boutique experience that is Kokkari. We loved it & will be back

Perfect location, right by the sea — you can swim just steps from the room. The water is very clean, though a bit rocky (better for adults than kids). Our room had a beautiful sea view, even the bathroom had a window with a view. Beds were comfortable and the A/C was available, though we didn’t need it. Overall, a great stay!

I can say that the location of the hotel is one of the most beautiful places in Kokkari. It meets expectations such as cleanliness and comfort. Everything you want is very close by.

Perfect location and very well run. The manager and the room service lady were better than perfect, coming back to our room in the afternoon and finding everything so clean with fresh towels on the bed was delightful. Could not get a better location in a picture perfect setting.

A terrific, small, extremely clean, well-located hotel. We had a room with a balcony facing the sea and it was lovely to hear the sea at night. The host was friendly, and gave us useful tips for dining and parking. Tiny but extremely clean, functional bathroom. Good security that included a safe box in the wardrobe.

Location was good, although in windy days, some people might find sound of waves at night too noisy and need to keep balcony doors closed. It was also a clean hotel, cleaning lady was nice, but you might want to ask in advance if you don't want anyone to enter your room for cleaning etc.
