Just 400 metres from the beach of Kokkari, Lemon House is within a 5-minute walk from the village centre with taverns and shops. “A good place for a good and convenient stay in Kokkari.”
The houselord, Stamatis, was a very helpful, cheerful and good person. The building is walking distance to the seaside, however as it is almost at the entrance of Kokkari it is not effected from the crowd at any time that makes it always quite and peaceful. The courtyard was good to sit and take some breath before going to seaside or return to room. The cats in the courtyard were very playful. As the rooms, which are looking to the seaside, are facing to north they do not overheat and you may sleep without any air-condition, by just keeping the balcony doors open. Rooms directed to south side (we had booked 2 rooms one for us and one for children) are kept shaded by the plantation around which prevents it from over heating as well. The beds are comfortable and the linens were all clean and Stamatis control them daily. By the way, the lemonade that Stamatis serves was really delicious.

The owner Statamis is very welcoming , the house has a natural garden with a huge lemon tree and i was served with freshly squeezed lemon juice every day. He is very hospitable. The location is very quite and safe and great in terms of close distance to the center and the beach. I am looking forward to going back to Samos and staying with pleasure in there again.
