Overview
Located on a pebbled beach, Kokkari Beach Hotel features a pool with sun terrace and a snack bar amidst its tropical garden. Its air-conditioned accommodation offers a balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea, Ampelos Mountain and Kokkari Village. Colourfully decorated, the rooms of Kokkari feature tiled floors and modern furnishings. Each is equipped with a fridge and satellite TV. “Pleasant stay right by Kokkari beach”
The location is fantastic, you step outside and you’re on the beach in a minute. Great beach bars and restaurants nearby, and Kokkari harbour is just a short walk away. The staff were super friendly and helpful, they called us a taxi and stored our luggage. The room was very clean.

Everything about this hotel.is perfect. From location, to staff, facilities and cleanliness. It is literally across the road from the beach in the beautiful relaxed village of Kokkari. Perfect.

“Overall very good. Got used to the shower”
Shower was tiny. The curtain just kept sticking to you as you washed, had to keep it open so bathroom got very wet. Shower head didn't stay on the wall so had to hold it and tray filled up really quick so kept turning it off to stop it overflowing.

“We had a lovely unit right at the beach with a verandah facing the beach front. Ideal for children.”
The breakfast was plentiful, the pool was clean and well looked after. We had a 2 bedroom unit right at the beachfront in a seperate building across the road from the hotel. It served our purpose well as it had enough space to accommodate the grandchildren.

The hotel is one of the largest and most centrally located in the area. There is a lovely seaside restaurant and bar right across the street, which makes the location even more appealing. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful — we truly appreciated the warm hospitality.

Wonderful seaview, excellent location, quiet during our stay (mid-May), walking distance to main area for restaurants, coffee/pastries, convenience stores and and shops. We liked the modest hotel atmosphere.

“A wonderful stay!”
The room was spotless, with a lovely veranda and just steps away from the sea — absolutely perfect. Contrary to some previous reviews, the breakfast was actually very good; I guess those who complained have never had breakfast in Europe! The reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Everything was great, and I would definitely love to come back.
