We felt so comfortable during our stay! The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help – their warm hospitality really made us feel at home. It honestly felt like staying with family rather than at a hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, which made it super easy to get around. Everything was also very clean and well taken care of, which we really appreciated. We would definitely love to come back again!

The place is centrally located, right next to the parking area, and you can easily explore the town on foot. The owners are incredible—very friendly and welcoming. What impressed me most is that they clean the room every single day, and the way they fold the towels is both thoughtful and funny. The room was spotless, with attention paid to every detail. The outdoor yard is beautiful, offering the perfect spot to sit, relax, and enjoy the calmness. What I really loved is that you can sleep with the windows open—it’s so peaceful and quiet.

The hotel owner was very helpful. His wife cleaned the room spotlessly every day and surprised us with small touches that brought a smile to our faces. Many thanks to both of them.

We loved everything from the moment we arrived to leaving after 7 days. The owners were amazing and very hospitable. We loved the towel art that was made every morning from the owner after cleaning our room. The Grandma would bring us oranges from the trees in the beautiful gardens. We even had a couple of lemons. The apartment was well furnished and had a very comfortable bed. We cannot comment on the TV as we didn't turn it on. Just sitting out on the porch was bliss. So close to the shops cafes restaurants and sea. Pan Dora bakery did the best Freddo cappuccino!! Taxi service was very reasonable (all prices are on the metre) Nicos from the mini. market provides a taxi service. We hired a car for a couple of days from Sophies car hire. We would 100% recommend Katerina Appartments! Thank you for having us.

We had such a lovely time! Thank you for making everything so easy and fun! The little towel bunnies made us smile every day, and coming back to a super clean room was the best feeling. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! You really made our holiday better. If we come back to Kokkari, we’ll definitely choose this place again! 💛

The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—very close to the town, which made it easy to explore and enjoy the local attractions. We especially appreciated the warmth and kindness Katerina showed us throughout our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a charming, welcoming place to stay in Samos.

The owners, Costas and Despina were absolutely fantastic in every way. Lovely apartment with everything we could need. Location is perfect for both the sea and the village centre.

“Great location in Kokkari”

The communication was excellent throughout my stay. I was met and shown my room and left my luggage (as I arrived early). My hosts were super friendly and welcoming. The place was squeaky clean, I felt like I was staying at my auntie's summer house. Kitchen was well equipped although I didn't make a good use of it, there was a bakery close by and a great restaurant (the beer tavern).

Lovely, clean apartment and fabulous hosts. In the perect location for Kokkari. Had a lovey holiday there and would definitely return.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Katerina apartments in Kokkari. Despina and Kosta were welcoming and made us feel right at home. The apartment was clean and spacious close to shops and restaurants and walking distance to the beach. Our room was cleaned practically every day and Despina's intricate towel-art on our bed welcomed us every time we returned to our room. We would definitely come back again and would recommend Katerina to anyone visiting Samos.

It’s one of best apartments I have ever stayed. The location of the apartment is perfect. It’s very close to the beach and restaurants. I also loved so much the garden. You can even see the church, which is symbolic of Kokkari. I want to thank again Despina and husband. They are very friendly and lovely people. If I go Kokkari again I would definitely stay there!
