Great apartment. Lovely comfortable bed, excellent bathroom/shower. Fully stocked kitchenette. Decent WiFi. Just across the road from the beach and a short walk to the cafes, shops and tavernas in Kokkari.

“Fabulous apartment with a lovely view of the sea”

We loved this beautiful, spacious, modern ground floor apartment which has a terrace and a lovely view of the sea. Fully equipped kitchen, full sized oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and iron provided. The bedroom has a comfortable bed and lots of wardrobe storage and drawers. Also has a tv which we didn’t use and a small safe box. Bathroom is modern with a useful bathroom cabinet and a large shower cubicle. The lounge has a sofa, chair, coffee table and tv. Both rooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets at the windows. In a quiet location, there are tavernas and bars within a short walk, and the village square and harbour are about a 15 minute stroll along the beach road. The hosts were friendly and helpful and made us very welcome. We appreciated the welcome gifts too. A great place to stay, we will definitely be back!

The house offers everything you need. It's close to the sea and within walking distance to restaurants and bars. If we come to Samos again, we definitely wouldn't stay anywhere else. We highly recommend it to everyone.

We had a very enjoyable holiday with its stunning sea view balcony and proximity to the beaches(Kokkari, Lemonakia, Tsamadou). The apartment is very clean, comfortable and has everthing needed for a stay. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary tools for cooking. Car parking place available. Friendly and welcoming staff were very helpful. Highly recommended!

The location and view were absolutely amazing! The room was very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances, and there was complimentary cold water and juice in the fridge. The owners were very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone. I had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic apartment, and I can only recommend. The location is super, offering easy access to nearby restaurants and still peaceful . One of the highlights of my stay was waking up each morning to a stunning sea view and the area is ideal for windsurfing. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, and high-quality and has a well-equipped kitchen with all the necessary tools for cooking. There's a nearby supermarket offering a broad variety of items. The staff were very helpful, and having a dedicated parking slot was a bonus. Highly recommended!

This simple apartment is clean and comfortable with all the amenities you need for a great beach holiday, but you also get a multi million dollar view. Let the waves lull you to sleep and wake up to still water calling you for your first swim of the day! It is a short, flat stroll to many wonderful tavernas and shops, but at the quiet end so the bustle doesn’t interrupt your dreams. The owner and staff are great and went above and beyond to help us when we needed it.

Phenomenal location close to everything you need (bus, shops, bars, restaurants, beaches), the view is beautiful overlooking Kokkari Beach. The room is traditionally decorated and very clean. Finally the host (owner maybe?) went above and beyond, helping us for hours with an personal emergency.

“Hidden gem”

What's not too like? Absolutely perfect location and immaculately clean (2× per week). The guys who look after it are so friendly and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. Finally, the weekly delivery of homemade Loukoumades still warm was delightful xx
