“A stunning sea view from the balcony only for yourself”
The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the beach as well as minutes away from the supermarket, bus stop and all the restaurants. The sea view was absolutely fabulous, and you can have it only for yourself. A very nice bathroom, recently renovated with free toiletries. Helpful and kind hosts.

“Great view”
I loved the views from the room (as you can see from the pictures I am sharing). Kokkari is a beautiful place. The studio is basic but has everything you need for a stay.

We really liked Barbara's hospitality.Room was very well prepared and clean. The location was good. When you go down the stairs right next to it, you can easily reach the seaside.

The only nice thing was the stunning view from the room! But unfortunately, the lack of humanity and proper management sometimes overshadowed even that view.

The room was exceptionally clean, and communicating with Niko and his family was effortless. They are genuinely kind people. The location is also excellent, just a short 3-4 minute walk to the restaurants and the beach in Kokkari.
