“Calm and peaceful stay with gorgeous view!”
Lovely location, only couple minutes walk away from beautiful beach Lemonakia. Our host Maria was very welcoming, she upgraded our room when she learned it is our honeymoon. Rooms are getting cleaned everyday. Very calm and peaceful Environment around the hotel, and an amazing view from the garden. Pretty close to the Kokkari (4min. By car) we felt like we are at our own summerhouse. We will definetaly return here to stay on our next Samos visit.

Spacious room with beautiful view, it was very clean. Calm location, not far from Lemonakia beach and town of Kokkari. Good parking possibility. Maria is very kind. Great value for money. We had really good experience here. Strongly recommended!

“A very enjoyable stay”
Super clean apartment with minimal furnishings. The rooms were cleaned daily. Wonderful views. A bit of a walk to Kokkari town if you don’t have a vehicle. Nice and relatively easy walk to the nearby beach. We enjoyed our stay.

“Ok stay”
- The room was pretty spacious - it's located close to Tsamandou (10 minutes walk) and Limonaki beach (5 min walk) - friendly owner - nice sea view from the porch - basic kitchen facilities that allow you to prepare breakfast and such

“One of the best!”
It was one of the best stays in Greece among many travels in the past. The hosts, Maria and her husband are very friendly, kind people, caring about the object and guests. They are always there if you need anything. The room was clean, and the cleaning was done every day. Towels and sheets were replaced frenquently. Object is located with balcony looking north with amazing view of Turkey coast under beautiful sunrises. In the afternoon the sun is on the other side of the builting so it's cool and shady when you come back from the beach. Peace and quiet but still about 15 -20 minutes by foot, from Kokkari and 10 minutes from amazing Tsamadou beach(also one of the best i've been to). Pictures on booking show the reality of the object but they doesn't show the depth and beauty of surrounding nature and views. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, where you can enjoy the greek nature this is The place. Highly recommend!

host was very lovely. its located exactly where ı wanted it to be. close to lemonakia beach, its up to hill. you need to take many steps but it did worth for it. there is a lovely view out of room. ı loved the place and would love to come back next summer. only negative thing about area was busses, there was not enough public bus to go center but it has nothing to do with hotel :)

The room was extremely clean. Every day fresh towels and the toilet bin was emptied (it isn't always the case in other hotels, yet very important because in Greece is not allowed to flush the toilet paper). 3 minutes walk to Lemonakia beach, and 15 minutes walking from Kokkari. The location is really quiet, and the view on the sea is spectacular. The price/quality ratio is excellent. I would return.
