The owner was very kind and very responsive to our comments. We'd noticed a broken lamp but also mentioned that we didn't mind. In the evening it was working. We always found clean bedsheets, towels on our beds.

**I will highly recommend The location is great and close to both side of Kokkari You can hear waves sound from your bed The hosts were very kind. Beds are really clean, kitchen equipped with a lot of small household items and kitchen staff. Do not expect to much, like old summer house.

The property location was perfect 50 metres from the sea and wonderful restaurants. Our host, Evanthea was very good in explaining everything the accommodation offered. Our accommodation was very clean and the facilities work extremely well. Good size studio. Kitchenette has everything you may require if eating in.
