We loved the views from the room and the balcony. We also loved the location which was close to everything but with enough distance not to be in the centre of it all. The rooms are close to a superb beach with just one restaurant. We adored the hosts who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Unless you are used to narrow roads best to park in the parking lot off the main road and walk up to the accommodation or get a taxi to drop you off in front of the door. The breakfast was perfect. We were served greek yogurt with honey, fresh bread with a platter of feta cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers and olives. There was coffee and tea and orange juice. Our stay was memorable and the price was excellent.

We had the pleasure of staying in a room with a stunning sea view in Kokkari. The owners were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring our stay was not only enjoyable but memorable. The location was also perfect, offering easy access to both the beach and bars&restaurants. The room is cleaned every day. Highly recommend this place for anyone.

Breakfast was good and enough. The family is so lovely .It is located in the center however you have to take many steps to reach the rooms. It was very hilly and to reach the rooms with a car is impossible (streets are hilly and extra small)

breakfast was good. Though without eggs. Owners were very friendly. Cleaning lady did her utmost keep the room tidy as much as possible.

Absolutely lovely stay, anthemia was a great host cooking us breakfast every morning and constantly checking in on us. Beautiful view from every room and the rooms were cleaned daily.

The location is fantastic. It was quiet and clean. The beds are great. The room is cleaned everyday. Plenty of space for clothes etc.

“Friendly little hotel in a picturesque village”

Great view from the balcony, comfortable room, daily cleaning, enough cabinets. Breakfast on the terrace simple but sufficient. Village center or waterfront a few minutes walk( but a lot of steep stairs). And hosts, very nice people, we were feeling like visiting relatives. Nice memories!

The owners of the Anthemis Rooms are very friendly and kind. The room was very clean and the breakfast is gut for Preis. That includes fruitjuice, Tee-Coffee, honey, strawberryjam, cheese, Olive and tomatoes. Kokkari is a very small City and you can walk City Center and a beatiful 2beaches. Tsamadou, Lemonakia and Tsabou are 2-3km faraway.
