Overview
Dating back to 1790, this countryside hostel is also home to a small, family-run lemonade factory. Kartano Hostel offers a traditional Finnish sauna. For a truly Finnish experience, Kartano Hostel has electric, smoke and wood-fired saunas. It also offers a BBQ, a library and a museum with 250-year old farm artefacts. The farmhouse shop sells berries, juices and soft drinks produced on site. At Hostel Kartano, all rooms have shared bathrooms. Guests also have access to a communal kitchen. Staff will gladly offer a pick-up service for those arriving at Kokemäki Train Station or Peipohja Bus Stop.

“Estancia perfecta en un ambiente famiiliar”
The attention provided by the manager who made me feel like home and helped me out with all my needs (washing my bike, washing my clothes...). I needed it after 2 days under the rain. Kiitos!

I liked it very much. Very friendly. The bed is comfortable. Everything you need is there. Clean. Еhe bison has his head in the house, the rest of his body is outside....joke ))))

“Different”
The price-quality ratio is ok. Very quiet place and village services very close. Average breakfast, nothing special and sophisticated. A moderately good bed. It's nice to have a sauna and moderate washing facilities. A bit embarrassing when the windows aren't actually completely covered and the bathroom door couldn't be locked, but closed with a hook. A little lazy heat in the sauna, but the ceiling light served as entertainment, like a strobe light. =)

A very nice and cosy hostel where you can feel the appreciation of family values and farm history at every step. It's cool that the sauna is open 24/7 for guests. Next to the hostel is a farm shop where you can buy delicious fresh peas and a fantastic salad dressing!
