“A modern hotel with excellent facilities”

Modern hotel with excellent facilities, including an attractive garden with areas for eating. The room was spacious and had extremely comfortable beds. The staff were super friendly, particularly in the restaurant and the food was superb. The lacation was easy to find, plenty of parking spaces and close to shops.

The staff were excellent and as it was our wedding anniversary they gave us a free upgrade to the presidential suite. Staff also found us a taxi after the Yandex Go driver we had organized failed to turn up. Breakfast was lovely.

We called the hotel the day before we arrived and asked if it was possible for an early check in because I had been quite sick for three days and we had to travel 10 hours on an overnight sleeper train, the Hotel excelled and not only granted the early arrival but upgraded us to a luxury suite. Staff exceptional, Room Super, beds Sooo comfy, gardens really peaceful, breakfast yummy. 10 out of 10

“Great facility, great staff”

First of all, the facility: very nice, clean, and comfortable. Then, the garden is a wonderful place to relax and cool off on hot days. The restaurant, food, and wine are excellent. But above all, the staff, both in the restaurant and in the back office. The back office, in particular, was extremely kind and helpful in finding a driver to accompany us on our tour of the Fergana Valley. Thank you so much.

Staff was super nice and welcoming. Standard room wasn’t available at check in so they offered an upgrade in order for us to be able to check in at 1pm. Bed very confortable. Cute garden. Very clean room.

“A gem in Fergana Valley, Kokand”

This was a wonderful hotel with fabulous staff - top level service, good English all round, helpful with luggage, questions, restaurant service etc. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the hotel and stayed for lunch in the garden. The garden is a lovely spot to relax with the sound of the birds, even in March. The hotel organised us a good driver with safe car for two days trips to Rishtan and Margilan. There is a short walk to the Khan palace and park. Lots of good cafes / restaurants in short walk. We stayed with our young daughter so Amina Dreamland softplay just a short 10-15min walk away was a fun perk! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We did some laundry here, it was a little expensive but was cleaned and ironed well. Breakfast was delicious and had good variety each day. We were really happy for the four nights we stayed.

Pleasant hotel

“Good location, very helpful staff.”

Kokand is rather spread-out, so location matters. The Silk Road Hotel is almost in the "middle", with the Palace of Khudayar Khan a 15 mins walk just down the road. Staff at the hotel is friendly and very helpful with making (travel) arrangements. Would go there again.

“Would not return”

Overpriced. Stayed in much more friendly and comfortable places at much lower prices in Uzbekistan. Room was very large but empty and characterless. Service variable - a couple of the waiters were very good. Front of house not particularly helpful or welcoming

A lovely spacious clean and comfortable room and also quiet. The staff were professional and helpful. The garden is a real bonus.

“We loved everything about this hotel”

We loved everything about this hotel, which is the nicest place we have stayed in Central Asia so far. When we arrived, we got upgraded to a suite, which was super clean and very comfortable. We're not in the habit of dining in hotels, but we ended up having both lunch and dinner in the hotel's lovely garden. The food was delicious and we enjoyed our meals, although it would have been good to see a few more Uzbek specialties on the menu. The staff were all very polite and welcoming, and were happy to organise a taxi transfer to Tashkent for us. I saw a few reviewer comments about the breakfast. We thought the breakfast was fine. Not the best we've had but by no means the worst. There was plenty to choose from, so we were happy with it. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Kokand.

“Very good choice”

Very friendly English speaking staff. Overall very good and nice experience. My highlights were a table-tennis tournament with a nice cold beer afterwards and the the garden restaurant.

“Wonderful hotel in Kokand”

Large, nicely decorated room with lots of natural light during the day and darkness at night. Comfortable beds, and strong AC and shower. Helpful, English speaking staff who helped us arrange transport to Tashkent. Close to the Khan's Palace and a short taxi to other sights.
