great location, easy to navigate to main areas of interest and restaurants. Good breakfast, friendly helpful staff despite my not having their language, they helped as much as they could.

The room we had was much better than we expected in comparison with the old furniture and the state of the toilet in the ground floor. Guess it has been renovated. The room was big and clean. The breakfast was very good. We parked our motorcycle in the parking lot outside the hotel. The staff was also nice.

Interestingly my room was a lot more modern than what's on the photos. I don't know if all have been renovated by now, but mine was very comfy, spacious and spotless clean. Helpful staff plus a good location warrant a clear recommendation. Anytime again.

The room and toilet were clean and big for 2 people. The floor was carpeted, and the room had a minimal design. The bed was comfortable. Complimentary bottled water and fruit juice were provided. Breakfast was a buffet style and had decent food and drink options. The hotel's wifi was stable and strong. Reception staff was polite, and they were able to communicate in Russian, though they had to use Google translate for those who speak English.

Shokh at the reception is very welcoming and professional. Speaks excellent English and friendly. Check in was smooth and fast. Location is great with a couple of kebab stores around and many food shops, burger/pizza joints and cafes at the street. Also very near drive to the palace. My room was modern and looks new and has a nice view of the street.

Big and clean room, great location as everywhere in the city was walkable and close to lots of restaurants and cafes, staff were very helpful and kind, breakfast buffet was great with lots of options.

Staff was friendly. The room was quite large and comfortable. Breakfast was available late into the afternoon so I could sleep in. Location is good too.

They upgraded me to a comfort room which was excellent. New, clean and spacious. I think the normal rooms that I looked into seemed a bit in need of updating. But the staff and location are great. Turn left out of the hotel to find an amazing cake shop just nearby.

Room is comfortable, bathroom is very clean, the reception is a very educated person. The location is in the center of Kokand so very near to tourist attraction.

Absolutely best customer service so far in Uzbekistan. The very pleasant and helpful receptionist ( Mister Shokh) went above and beyond any potential expectations. Having had a very bad Yandex taxi experience just before arriving ( even for a short ride unfortunately ...) he made sure I felt safe, upgraded my room and booked a safe trip back for me to the station. The room was all great, breakfast delicious and the whole staff was friendly. Thanks a lot for the care once again. I'll recommend the hotel for certain
