We had a very good time at Lola hotel: the staff was very nice and helpful. Even if a bit off-centre, we recommend this hotel to other travellers. Nice restaurants within a few minutes walk advised by the staff.

“Not good”
Staff sat the front desk was the only thing good about this hotel . The lobby is a lobby and kitchen and restaurant at the same time , you can smell all the food and frying smell I. The second floor . There was no bed cover so I covered myself with bed sheets and I also found hair on sheets .

“A reasonable place to stay at Kokand”
The location was convenient, Breakfast was ok. Service of the reception was very nice and friendly. Not a luxury, but a good place to stay at a reasonable price...

“Excellent hotel with very nice rooms and friendly staff.”
Exceptional room, I surprisingly got a family room even though I was travelling by myself. Nice en suite and overall felt very luxurious. Staff friendly and didn't mind a late check-in

“Excellent hotel”
This is a great hotel. We were upgraded to a very large room with a comfortable bed and sitting area. We had a large, clean bathroom with hot water. Air conditioner works well. Everything is very clean. Breakfast is amazing, very tasty and plentiful. The only complaint is instant coffee. Staff are excellent, very friendly, helpful and speak excellent English.
