Situated in Kojsko, the recently renovated Enam Room offers accommodation 40 km from Stadio Friuli and 41 km from Palmanova Outlet Village. Hosts were extremely kind and friendly and welcoming with lots of advice for activities and places to eat. When we arrived we were given and welcome drink of wine from the local vineyard (juice for the kids). Our family room was comfortable and very spacious with a fantastic balcony and beautiful views. The breakfast was incredible and worth having. Would definitely recommend staying there.

“Hidden Gem in Brda region”
We stayed here at the end of September 2025 to celebrate my girlfriends birthday, and it couldn’t have been a more wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, our lovely hosts, Maria and Eric, welcomed us with a glass of local wine and genuine hospitality that made us feel right at home. The house itself is full of character: beautifully decorated with antiques, creating a cozy and timeless atmosphere. Our room and private bathroom were spotless and very comfortable. Every detail felt carefully thought through. Breakfast was a real highlight: healthy, delicious, and full of local flavors, with plenty of options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. To make my birthday even more special, I even received a little souvenir, such a thoughtful touch! We absolutely loved our stay and can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re visiting Brda and looking for a charming, authentic, and heart-warming experience, this B&B is the perfect choice. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Very charming room and professional hosts. The pool that they let use was a very nice extra option we didn't expect. We loved the panorama so much. We didn't ask for breakfast, but we saw it was amazing, fresh and from local food. We got so many recommendations for different activities and restaurants. Thank you for your hospitality!

We had a wonderful time at Enam! Super clean, really Nice breakfast, amazing view and good recommendations and service. On top of that we were surprised to discover that there was a pool that we could use. A really Nice place for a relaxing vacation. You do however probably need a car to go there, as the availabilities of taxis and the like in the area is very limited.

The breakfast was outstanding! You just have to orde r with Maria the day before and pay her cash at the end. It was delicious, filling and a wonderful introduction to local fresh produce! She was also very helpful with recommendations for where to eat and drink - spot on each time!

The views from the appartment are just breathtaking. In addition, do not hesitate to order the breakfast. Maria and Eric are preparing an amazying breakfast. In few places they take care of you like this. Moreover, Maria took some time to welcome us and give very good recomendations about the area and restaurants.

The house is gorgeous and the view from the terrace was breathtaking. The hosts Maria and Eric were incredibly friendly and helpful with plenty of advice and help with local contacts and bookings. Last, but definitely not least, the breakfast! Really interesting and delicious dishes all cooked fresh, and it just keeps coming! Best €12 you could ever spend.

“Amazing & lovely stay in a beautiful region”
Maria and her husband were such amazing & friendly hosts. We stayed here with two friends and it couldn't be better to start our holiday. They gave us amazing tips to explore the region (which is beautiful!) and they were there for any question we had. The mornings are wonderful as they serve a very tasty breakfast with ingredients from the region or their own garden. I would highly recommend this place! Thank you once again Maria and Eric.
