“Gorgeous villa with incredible views”

We were a group of 10 who stayed in the Eagle and Turtle Villas (5 min walk to each other). The views are absolutely exceptional, all of the rooms beautiful and the location was lovely - close enough to the busy part of the island but on the quiet side. There is a community pier that you can snorkel from and gorgeous beaches nearby. Loved it.

Incredible villa with amazing views. You get the best of both worlds as the villa is peaceful and private but a taxi is always available to take you into town when you want to see the busy side of Koh Tao. The ocean access is convenient and provides great snorkelling. We will be back soon!

What an amazing place to stay. We only stayed for 1 night to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. We had the Gekko Villa for the 2 of us and had a wonderful relaxing time. The villa was beautiful, nicely decorated, very clean and had everything you needed. The infinity pool was the highlight, the view from the pool and the terrace was outstanding . Checking in was easy the staff there talked us through everything, from how to use all the equipment to how/ who to order food from which can be delivered to the door . Tom was brilliant with communications before we arrived with directions to the villa. We arrived quite early and to our delight the villa was ready for us, something that we hadn't expected, thank you I would definitely recommend staying here it was perfect.

The villa itself was pleasant, with a beautiful view over the bay.

The most insane villa I have ever stayed in. Tom Is such a great host and ready to help with his staff at any given moment. He gave us a free upgrade to the eagle villa without telling us until check in which was just insane. The views from that villa are so beautiful. And then he let us very easily extend our stay for another 3 nights. I will 100% be back. Unforgettable holiday with my best mates and girlfriend.

The villa had the best view looking out into the ocean, was clean and had everything you needed. The pool was perfect.

What can you say.... I doesn't get much better than this when it comes to accommodation. This is our second stay at Villa Sabai Jai. This trip we were a group of 19 and booked out all 3 Villa to accommodate us all, however you cannot beat the 'Eagle Villa'. Most amazing view and bedroom accommodation. Just Bliss! Tom the owner communicated well and helped organise trips. Kitchen facilities terrific.

The view is just amazing. The house is very comfortable, and well equipped. Everything is very clean, the AC works very well.

“Nothing short of spectacular!”

I don't know where to start... From the first contact with Tom until the transfer to the pier on the day of departure, everything was just excellent. Tom and his team and mr. Pon our taxi driver looked after us really well and made sure we lacked nothing during our stay. Questions were quickly answered and every wish fulfilled in no time. For example, I asked for snorkels one night late around midnight and the other morning at 8 a.m. someone from Tom's team already came to our villa to bring us the snorkels! I was traveling with my 2 kids and we liked the private swimming pool and the spectacular surrounding views the most. The cleanliness and the comfort of the villa were also beyond amazing, with a fridge which is (re)filled with a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks every day. Honestly, if you are in the privileged position to spend a few days in this wonderful villa on this beautiful island and still have something to complain about, you should never set foot on this island again!

“A little paradise far from the crowdy center”

Everything Little paradise Tom and his staff have been lovely from start till end. Nothing was wrong Attention to details and service have been amazing (massage, shuttle, laundry, snacks, drinks) The house was lovely in a very natural and quiet environment. The decoration was perfect and made us feel in a cocoon Incredible experience Kids did not want to leave.
