We stayed for a week meeting up with friends from home and it was a great property! Lovely rooms and outdoor area, kept very clean. The host Raine was very kind and attentive. It’s a short downhill walk to the seafront but the local taxi service was very quick. Free drinking water machine also which was nice! Would definitely stay again!

Large property with fantastic views. Raine was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, including arranging transport, laundry and gave loads of recommendations. You will need to use taxis to get around (or hire bikes). Definitely would stay here again.

Everythinggg! The host, Raine, was amazing and sweet, always available for our questions and needs. The apartment was big and clean, the pool was nice we stayed there the whole weekend. Good for some peaceful & quiet time.

“Amazing place to experience Koh Tao”
De villa has an amazing view on tropical garden and the sea. Sunsets are very scenic. Its very spacious and clean. Good pool and outside terras. But what made our stay really exellent was our host Raine. She organised everything for us from laundry to scooters and from tours to bringing a beloved teddy to the pier that somehow was not packed. We had an amazing stay. Thanx Raine

We had an amazing 4 days at Sea View Gardens. The apartment is stunning, so spacious and clean with a great view. 5 of us stayed there. Everyone we spoke to and met from the team were kind and helpful. Raine especially went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed whilst being there and helped us out with so many things. We would definitely come back to stay again. Amazing location on the beautiful Island of Koh Tao. Perfect for a group of friends looking to have a nice weekend. Really comfortable beds and clean facilities. Special thanks to Raine who was really helpful and kind. Definitely would stay here again.

“Was fine, wouldn’t stay there again.”
The staff were really friendly. The location is really good, just quite a few stairs up to the property but super easy on a scooter. The pool is nice.
