It is.possibly the most beautiful, luxurious and fabulous place we've ever, ever stayed. The service was perfect and discreet, the pictures are amazing but even they can't do it justice. You have to feel it!!

Our stay was fantastic, The villas were beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located for a relaxing getaway. Emily was wonderful friendly, helpful, and always available when we needed anything, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a great time and would definitely recommend it.

The most beautiful accommodation spot in my life, the staff is incredibly nice and very helpful. Location is great, it's very close to local bars and to the main beach. The place is magical, set in a wildlife scenery, a very nice escape from loud and sometimes too chaotic bars and site next to the beach. Although you need to prepare for a hike to reach the beach or other places. Still it was worth the comfort and luxury facilities, like the pool or nicely furnished villa.

I spent four nights at The Place Luxury Boutique Villas in Koh Tao, managed by Guy, and it was truly exceptional. The villas are beautifully designed, each with a private pool—offering absolute comfort and tranquility in the heart of nature, yet just minutes away from vibrant Sairee Beach. Guy has mastered the art of hospitality: he is always available to answer every question and provide recommendations, yet gives his guests total peace and privacy. He strikes the perfect balance between attentive service and discreet presence. I was particularly impressed by the property’s commitment to environmental protection, featuring waste sorting and filtered water provided in every villa. Food delivery menus are conveniently available, and Guy can arrange excellent local taxi services as well. I will definitely return for another stay at this wonderful place!

“A special little place”

Very private, beautifully decorated, a really unusually exquisite place. And the view….. As there is a mosquito net and there was a pleasant breeze coming from the ocean, we slept with the doors all open. Listening to the Sounds of the forrest while falling asleep was something real Special.

This was the best accommodation we experienced during our three week Thailand holiday. The communication with the hosts was perfect; the villa exceeded our expectations; the location was close to everything we needed but was far enough away for peace and quiet. We would definitely return!

“Excellent secluded spot within easy reach of main town”

Fantastic secluded bungalow with lovely view and plunge pool. Only 10 minutes walk from sairee town, quicker of course on a scooter that you can rent directly from owner. Feels remote but you can get anywhere in 20 minutes or so on Koh Tao. Owner covered all needs and there’s attention to detail everywhere with lovely touches. Some things you may think obvious but you don’t get these most Thai places - coffee machine, drinking water tap, outside terrace fan, free snorkelling gear, shaving mirror, first aid kit, sewing kit, stocked fridge (if you can’t make trip to 7 eleven), anti mosquito burner for terrace, ample towels, Netflix if you’re bothered about turning on the TV. Bungalow feels very large, plenty of space and massive open and light shower room. Loved it!!! We will definitely be back in future. Guy, the owner very pleasant, charming and laid back. Thai staff lovely.

“Perfection”

It’s difficult to add anything everyone else hasn’t mentioned already, our stay at The Place was perfect. Our villa was beautiful and bigger than I was expecting! The pools overlook an amazing view. The staff could not be more friendly and even helped my partner arrange flowers to be delivered for my birthday.

We loved every single second of our stay - the villas are beautiful, the view is incredible, the toilets are modern and mosquito net meant we slept very comfortably. The location is perfect - I can’t fault the place

“Wonderful place to unwind your soul”

The villa is beautiful and cozy. Especially the light-flooded bathroom is very nice. The terrace with the pool and the view of the sea were just fantastic (with beautiful sunsets). Everything you need is there, including anti-mosquito incense and net over the bed, umbrellas, kitchen utensils and much more. You could rent scooters directly on site. The hosts are very friendly and gave us lots of tips for activities and restaurants. They also helped us book tours (great snorkeling tour). If we had any questions, we could always contact the hosts via Whatsapp. The location is also great, you don't need long to get to the main road and you are still in a very quiet area. In general, you have a lot of privacy here and can enjoy the magical sounds from the nature around. We also really liked the fact that sustainability is taken into account here (e.g. room cleaning only when required, drinking water filter, mindfulness towards animals). The stay was perfect all round and we would definitely come back.
