Seashell is a resort of contrasts - the room was very good, clean & comfortable and the pool was also good and cleaned daily, however other areas of the resort were less good

Terrible and misleading experience. We booked this resort expecting to stay at the actual beachfront resort shown in the listing. Instead, upon arrival, we were taken about 1 km uphill to a completely separate area they call “the village.” This location did not feel like part of the resort at all and was very misleading compared to what was advertised. The room and location were not what we believed we had booked, and this was never clearly explained during the reservation process. When we asked to shorten our stay because we were unhappy with the situation, the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Multiple receptionists treated us poorly and showed no interest in resolving the issue professionally. Overall, this was one of the most uncomfortable hotel experiences we’ve had. Between the misleading accommodation setup and the dismissive attitude from staff, we would definitely not recommend staying here.

Great location, just a walk away from the beach. Staff were lovely and attentive and we were supplied with new water and loo roll each day. Also a free taxi service to the pier which was very helpful!

Excellent location, 2 minute walk to beach. Good range of accommodation from beach hut style to hotel room. We stayed in a family villa.

Brilliant location. Right on the beach. Big pool area but 2 of the pools were dirty and one u couldn’t even swim in. Room was big and spacious

Loved my room! The bed was so comfortable, the bathroom was clean and big and the room felt comfortable and luxurious. The pool is amazing and the resort is so close to everything but also is quiet and has a lovely resort vibe. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean

This place has a lot of potential, but could do good with a refurbishment. Location was good, convenient to walk both directions on Sairee and we got a beautiful poolside room right next to the beach.

Room was newly constructed, and had a swimming pool immediately outside. I had expected to get one of the older cottages without a pool.
