Very pleasant accommodation in a great location, very close to the beach and surrounded by nature. The bungalow is simple but comfortable, with a fan, fridge, private bathroom, and a wardrobe for clothes and a moskito net over the bed. It’s a lovely little hut next to the forest, peaceful and relaxing. The owner is easygoing and helpful . A great place to stay if you’re looking for a quiet spot close to nature.

Very kind staff. Small bottles of shampoo and shower gel provided. Plenty of shelves in the room to place your suitcase and clothes. Patio with a hammock, but lots of mosquitoes. Working fan that is not very noisy. Working refrigerator. Restaurant (not included with the room, but good, with a nice space and a view where you can eat). Beach 3 minutes from the bungalow via a steep descent; despite this, it is close and quick to reach.

Nice bungalows. You need to know it is a basic accomodation. No aircon, no hot water. If you do not need that, you get a clean and well maintained bungalow just 3 minutes up the hill from Tanote Bay for a good price. Fridge is in the room. Very friendly owner.

The bungalows are in good condition, the view is great, you are in a 2 minute walk in tanote bay and the owner is super helpful and friendly. Note for climbers - it is a perfect location to reach jah crag, the multipitch, etc by foot.

The host is amazing, very friendly, helpful and cool. I really liked the vibe and the atmosphere. It is pretty wild and in direct contact with nature. Plus Tanote Bay is the best bay in Ko Tao.

Quiet location, 2 minutes walk away from some very good snorkelling. Host was very chilled and friendly. Room was clean with good storage for your clothes.

The bungalows are located in the forest, high on Ao Tanote, which you can reach by a short walk on a *very* steep road/trail (3 minutes downward, 8 minutes upward). The room is spacious, the bed is confortable; there is a mosquito net (it was too hot to use it, though) and a (rather noisy) fan. No hot water. We were there in the middle of the rainly season, and (quite obviously) there was plenty of mosquitos in the whole forest area. There is no room cleaning service during your stay. The lady who runs the bungalows can rent motocycles and book a taxi for you. The bar is really nice and has a great view over the sea.

The beach was really close and amazing.

Loved how remote the bungalow is, perfect to stay away from the tourist crowds if you need to recharge and be alone for a while. The quieter beach of Koh Tao island is just a short walk away from the bungalow. Actually, it's so rustic and barebones that it might be a minus for some, at least it takes some time getting used to. I'd recommend practicing sleeping with some Thai jungle noise background sound and learn about the local fauna so it's not as overwhelming :) There are some restaurants down by the beach, so for a short stay you don't have to rent a motorbike, and if you really must travel to the city, you can ask one of the drivers from another resorts to give you a lift for pretty cheap. Also, I walked to the Tanote Villa resort right next door for really nice buffet breakfasts you can pay for there without renting a room.
