The staff were outstanding and always there for us — probably the best service we had in Thailand. Maybe their English wasn’t at the highest level, but we understood each other very well.

Stunning location. Snorkelling amazing right from the beach. It was wonderful to see new coral growth and the abundance of colourful fish. I caught a glimpse of the elusive black tipped reef shark here. The pool and swim up bar is great as well.

Staff tried hard to overcome obvious disadvantages with staying in a cut off part of the island. The Dive centre was absolutely 1st class in a very over populated dive industry.

The Location. Its amazing with beautiful snorkelling at two locations right by hotel - the beach in front snd a deeper rockier spot behind hotel. Yes it's isolated and hilly - but it's quiet and beautiful. The staff are lovely and helpful.

“Lovely resort”

Such a lovely resort! The room was spacious and had an extremely comfortable bed. The pool area was a real highlight, overlooking the ocean and surrounding cliffs. The resort itself was so peaceful and tranquil. The staff were extremely helpful. It is located just outside of town, but if you have a scooter, it's only a 7 to 10 minute ride in. We had a scooter so was excellent for us. Just bare in mind if you are not confident on a scooter, the driveway/road down to the resort is very steep.

Location, marine life and cleanliness of the beach. All the staff were extremely polite and helpful.. We also enjoyed the organised bird watching activity and the dive shop and trips were fantastic.

I liked the free activities such as snorkelling, kayaking and Muay Thai. We got a room lovely upgrade and cupcakes as we got engaged which was a plus! The location is a bit out and up the mountains but they provided a free shuttle throughout the day. Lovely staff

The staff were amazing, all very friendly and attentive. The beach is beautiful and very relaxing. Complimentary activities available each day, cocktail workshop/yoga etc. kayaking also available. The room was very comfortable and views stunning. Bed very comfortable. Staff went above and beyond for you. Shuttle service throughout the day into the main town, snorkels provided which is a nice touch.

“The best spot for snorkeling and an amazing resort”

This is really good value resort with the best snorkelling on the island. The pool area is great, you have two spots either side of the peninsula to snorkel where we saw baby sharks, barracuda, rays, hundreds of fish and beautiful coral that isn’t dead. Lovely facial at the spa by a very kind and sweet woman. Breakfast was great but the free shuttles to town and activities made this feel really special for the price we paid. We did yoga every morning, a sound bath, a cocktail making class… there was a lot to do! You don’t really need to leave.

“Island paradise with the best snorkelling!”

In our three months of travelling, this was the best place we stayed! We were given an upgrade to a sea view room with the most beautiful view and balcony and had a magical time. Staff were so kind and friendly, even bringing my adaptor to the ferry terminal after I forgot it on check out. The snorkelling here is the best on the island - coral looking healthy and so many huge fish. This is a paradise on Koh Tao - don’t hesitate, book here! It’s quiet and relaxing but has a nice buzz about the pool bar and restaurant, great food and cocktails. Bring mosquito repellent (a problem across all Koh Tao)
