this is my second time in queen resort, in room 4. you have direct access to the sea from the rocks below, and the view is spectacular. position is great, just mid way from sairee and the pier, quiet and chill, and it’s easy to go anywhere. I added two extra nights and had to change room for my last night and everything went smoothly. they do laundry too. the lady who runs the business together with the mother and the sister where all very friendly and helpful. best value for money and for me best location in koh tao. would definitely go back

The location was very nice (10 minutes from the Pier) and the beach was in front of us.

Nice staff, good location, everything is close, clean and nice beds. No airconditioning but so much fans that it was almost cold at night.

The bungalow was right on the beach, we had the one at the bottom and could just walk down the rocks to the beach. The location close to Sairee beach was great. We had a bungalow for 3 people and it was very spacious with a little terrace that we have enjoyed.

“Avoid”

We didn’t even stay in this “resort”. It’s a little house they give you, all the land around has been treated like a dump. There is bugs everywhere in the houses, lizards and spiders. Holes in the floors and walls. Honestly the good reviews must be coming form somewhere else. Maybe if you’re okay with bugs crawling on you in your sleep, but we’re budget backpacking and this left us almost without in Koh Tao. We also lost all the money even though the reception lady (reception is in a run down shop) told us she’d keep 40%! It’s still 20 min from strip area too so the location isn’t even worth the stress

the room was a great size and a cozy bed with a beautiful view of the sea. the location was amazing too, down a lovely little street to get to the main town with a range of cute cafes. the staff were always so accommodating and cleaned our room on the 3rd day. we got the night boat in and they let us check in at 8am because the room was already available which was a massive plus.

Breathtaking sea view – Waking up to the ocean was unforgettable! Comfortable bed – Decent support for a good night’s sleep. Ceiling fan – Kept the room airy (a nice touch).

The location is right on the beach, that is literally the only positive thing I can say about our stay.

Ne 24h reception Cleaning only all 3 days

Bed sheets were stained and walls had mould on them. Room was not as advertised, ended up leaving on the first day and did not get a refund.
