“Most comfortable room of my vacation!”

The standard room with balcony exceeded my expectations. Windows all around with views of the bright flowering trees. Air-conditioning! (Which I didn't know about). It was very clean. And I appreciated the kettle and fridge, and the free water refills. And of course, steps from Tanote Bay was the big draw.

“Rustic but convenient enough in the great location”

The location is amazing! Just a short walk up from the most beautiful Tanote bay. Staying at this resort allows you to be one of the first people there in the morning. The staff is very helpful. They provide free shuttle to the pier which saves you 500 thb each way on the taxi.

“Wonderful stay would come again.”

The location was fantastic and the staff also great. It was very good value for money all things considered. We loved the restaurant and the variety of food and the general relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The beach itself was lovely and plenty of room even with day trip visitors and a great place to just walk down and snorkel.

“Posizione molto comoda, nonostante tutto ci tornerei”

Wonderful location. Very nice balcony attached to the room, even though it was completely shared with another room (it was possible to enter directly). Clean room. Air conditioning. Services offered for a fee and not included with the room, such as taxi, massages, laundry, restaurant, etc. The hotel restaurant is good, although a bit expensive. The cheeseburger is not recommended because the cheese was “gummy.” Very pleasant and lively atmosphere; I really appreciated the choice of international background music in the restaurant.

“Absolutely amazing”

Wow. We absolutely loved it here! The staff are incredible, the rooms are somewhat basic but definitely have everything you need and the food is absolutely incredible. It was such a relaxing place to stay and had a real family/community vibe to it. The dive school next door is wonderful too so I definitely recommend staying here and going diving.

“I would come back even if the rooms are not perfect, the sea definitely is!”

The staff was lovely, super nice. We asked to change rooms since the first room was very dirty and we were unhappy with it. There was no discussion, we could change right away and our towels and bedsheets were changed as they were dirty (they apparently send their bedsheets and towels to another place to clean). The other room was way better. We had a great view on the sea and could open the windows as there were nets against mosquitoes installed. At first I was really unhappy however when they changed and cleaned our room and were so nice with us, everything was good. The sea is absolutely stunning! So many fishes to see and it’s right in front! After the adjustments I would definitely come again! Make sure to ask for the transfer from the hotel.

Paradise on Koh Tao. Not a luxurious hotel but with real island vibes. If You want a couple of days to relax, eat and drink tasty food and snorkel this is the place for You. If You are looking for drinking and partying better stay on the other side of the island.

Loved our time at the resort. We kept extending our stay here. Right on the beach with a really cute rustic beach shack vibes. Quiet, good air con and cute balcony. Staff were awesome, friendly and helpful. It's out of town with some steep hills on scooter something to be aware of, but not an issue for us at all. I really loved the vibe of this place. Good restaurant with plenty of options on menu also. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Great location.great beach. Very nice, quiet and simple place. The family who runs it was 👍 there's a cheap shuttle to get there and back to the pier on specific times.

Simply the most beautiful beach ever we have been at Koh Tao, the resort and the hospitality of the management and the owner of the restaurant and Resort was beyond my expectation. We actually found a friend there and we will definitely go back. The beach is beautiful, especially under Water Marin life is spectacular for filming clean Water. The food at restaurant is just delicious. Staff are very kind and very friendly

“Fantastic spot!”

Very relaxed feel. Real 'tropical jungle feeling' with fantastic view to the trees & hills from our balcony. One of the best snorkeling spots right there off the beach, and the jumping rock kept our teenage son occupied ;) We were well looked after by the staff - Neing especially friendly and a great photographer, too 🤩

“Amazing location with excellent restaurant.”

The location is perfect if you just want relaxation, excellent snorkelling and don't want night life. We got free convenient transfers from the ferry that were easy to organise just by messaging them through the app. The guy was waiting at the covered waiting area straight of the boat. The boys loved riding on the back of the ute over the crazy steep mountains so you have to suspend your safety concerns if you want seatbelts etc. The snorkelling was amazing and we saw something different every time we went out including baby sharks, turtle, a massive school of hundreds of fish, anemones, colourful coral and fish. The water was so warm but cooled down after a storm came through. The restaurant had comfortable hammocks and deck chairs virtually right on the beach and you could pretty much get drinks all day long. The food was reasonably priced and a big variety. They were so quick to prepare it. The juices and shakes were very good. Our room had a beach view and nice balcony. The aircon worked well but the room heated up a lot when you were not in it. There were cool squirrels and jackfruit tree to admire and beautiful tropical trees. The staff were very helpful and we opted for no cleaning for a 200 baht refund. Initially we were about 60 m from our sons in a separate room but after the first night they moved us to the same building where we had an adjoining balcony. The wifi was excellent. You could get water resupplied from the restaurant.

“Perfect location and glorious food”

Just wow. What a location! The rooms are just fine, could use a little TLC and update. The bathroom works but is very basic. The location is out of this world but be prepared for a steep decent into Tanote bay itself. The restaurant makes delicious food and the staff are super friendly and lovely. Such an amazing place even if it is a little rustic.
