Large villa perfect for four adults. Two air conditioned rooms,sparkling clean just above Sairee beach, in the jungle. The view is absolutely stunning and the sunsets breathtaking. The villa has modern decoration with attention to the slightest detail. Everything you would possibly need is there . Great pool accessible directly from the living room. Fully equipped kitchen with huge fridge and well stocked mini bar at reasonable prices.Wine fridge stocked with quality wines. We were picked up from the pier. Upon check in a huge bowl with tropical fruits waited for us in the villa. Complimentary shuttle around the island tree times daily. 8am to 9pm. Fresh pastries every morning. Justyna and Greg -the owners - are always there to help,incredibly helpful,attentive with great recommendations. Communication by WhatsApp in real time. We cannot recommend the Phandara villas highly enough. Thank you Justina and Greg for this unforgettable experience. One last advice . Book in advance. Most the time villas are fully booked.

“Best accommodation I’ve ever stayed at!”

Beautiful villa, very modern, pool overlooking the ocean / jungle, sunbathing terraces, full kitchen, great options for mini bar at reasonable cost, room servicing, comfy beds, good air con, great toiletries, and extras like beautiful beach towels and day bag that we could bring with us and use during our days out. Literally everything you could want is catered for. Especially a thank you to Fah at reception and the drivers who brought us to and from the main village areas. They looked after everything we needed and were very kind! We will definitely be back again!

Our 3-night stay at Phandara Luxury Villas was truly the highlight of our time in Thailand – without a doubt the best stay we’ve ever had in the country! From the very first moment, everything was absolutely flawless. We were picked up right at the pier in a perfectly organized private transfer, which immediately set the tone for the level of service we were about to experience. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the incredibly kind and charming Fah, who made check-in smooth, personal, and effortless. The refreshing welcome juice was such a thoughtful tropical touch. Our luggage was carried directly to the villa, where even more surprises awaited us – complimentary bottled water and a huge bowl overflowing with fresh tropical fruit. It felt like stepping into our own private paradise. The villa itself was simply breathtaking. The view was absolutely stunning – panoramic, endless, unforgettable. Walking straight from the living room into our private pool felt surreal. And the sunsets? Completely magical. Every evening the sky turned into a masterpiece of colors we will never forget. The outdoor shower added another layer of tropical luxury – showering under the open sky surrounded by nature was pure bliss. The resort also offers complimentary transportation around the island, which made exploring so easy and stress-free. Fah was beyond exceptional – incredibly helpful, professional, attentive, and always ready with great recommendations. She arranged everything seamlessly and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our entire stay. Phandara Luxury Villas is not just accommodation – it’s an experience. A tropical dream come true. “Magical villa with amazing hospitality.”

Beautiful villa in an unreal location set at the top of a hill overlooking the town and sea below. Close to the town by scooter or their concierge free shuttle service. Staff were amazing - from the owners to reception and house keepers. Always available to help by WhatsApp without ever being too visible. Even gave us cupcakes as a valentines gift. Just a dream stay.

“Wonderful time in Koh Tao”

We stayed at the villa for 5 nights and had such a wonderful time. The villa itself was perfect, it was spacious and very well equipped. The pool and the lounge areas were also perfect and the view was spectacular. Fah was super helpful and went above and beyond our expectations, she was always there to help. We had a lot of last minute transport requests with different people going to different parts of the island, she was super organised so it ran seamlessly and she always had a welcoming smile on her face. Fantastic place to stay with all staff and owners being friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here.

Pastries - large choice - were delivered each morning to our door. Large house, perfect for 4 adults, well equipped kitchen, all amenities you need (and more). Private driver between 8 am and 9 pm. And the best is Katin who manages everything for you in a blink of an eye. 100% recommended!!!

The villa was absolutely stunning. Spacious and really comfortable. 2 big bedrooms and bathrooms - one outside! Plenty of sunshine and shade and a great pool to cool off in. Incredible views and sunsets. Really private and peaceful and surrounded by nature. Justyna was so helpful organising and making great suggestions for beaches and restaurants. She even leant us snorkels! Being able to have access to Sol the driver was great. The pastry’s and coffee in the morning was a great touch! Highly recommend and would love to come again!

Every morning we received fresh pastries, and they gave us amazing recommendations for places to visit around the island. They also offer private shuttle service all day, which made getting around so easy and comfortable. Highly recommended

This was our fave stay in Thailand. The villas are lovely with sweeping views over the jungle clad hills and bay. There is a driver included who took us to a different beach each day and out for dinner each evening. And the Polish couple who own the property are more than helpful.

A lovely relaxing spot with fantastic views out to sea, as the property is situated around 200 meters above sea level. A taxi service is available, providing easy access to the nearby beaches, and a concierge service is on hand to support any enquiries during the day.

Phandara is absolutely extraordinary!! We stayed for a week in January and from booking to check out, everything was seamless. We felt so welcomed when we arrived. Everything was so organised and ran like a well oiled machine. We chose pastries every night that were delivered fresh every morning -a lovely touch. The cleaners were the best we’ve ever had. They don’t such an amazing job. Justine & the other lady (I don’t think we ever got your name, sorry!) were so so so professional & their communication was first class. The service these guys provide is exceptional. On my birthday, they organised a delicious slice of cake and were in communication with my boyfriend about when to surprise me with it, which was when I was in the pool 😂 it made my day. We felt so welcomed and never wanted to leave. The villa, itself is gorgeous. I don’t think that any photos I’ve seen online do it justice. Absolutely amazing. Can’t wait to come back. Have told all of my friends and family and everyone wants to go! Definitely the best place to stay on the island and I’ve been going to Koh Tao on and off since 2016.

“Incredible villa!”

Everything. The villa was everything we had hoped for and more. The views over the island were spectacular, you could see the sunset each evening from the pool which was magical. The whole villa was spotless and the little touches added throughout did not go missed. The location of the villa was perfect for us with a scooter, only 6 mins from Sairee beach and located in the hills off the main road. Peaceful place to relax away from any crowds. Last of all the service was 10/10, the most friendly host and staff who arranged everything for us that we needed! We will be back next year :)
