The property is clean and has a very modern vibe with a good view of the infinity pool and sea. Best part was the care taker of the property. He (Mr. Htet) took care of everything and did his best to cater every need of ours and accommodate in every best way.

Villa was breathtaking, the view is unbelievable and photos don’t do it justice. The pool was lovely (however cold), loungers and bean bags were great. Minibar was very handy. PP was lovely to us. Laundry returned quickly. Taxi number in the villa was ideal (300baht to Sairee Beach, I wouldn’t recommend walking).

Lovely owner & fantastic communication all the way. We loved all the creatures that hung out around the villa, the noises they made were funny.. We really enjoyed our stay. Note that you do need to be reasonably fit to climb up & down the stairs it's very steep.

The property is stunning, exactly as imagined with the most incredible view we have ever seen - especially to wake up to!!! The pool is perfect. The facilities are great and the hosts and taxi driver were amazing and so lovely, would highly recommend.

It felt like staying in a dream home—both the view and the facilities exceeded our expectations.

We loved the villa, it’s very private and has beautiful views with the pool. The bedroom is air conditioned and the whole villa is lovely. You see lots of wildlife outside the villa such as geckos, lizards, birds, butterflies etc.

WOW WOW WOW. This villa is the most amazing place we’ve have ever been to. There has been times before where we have booked somewhere and it has not been the same as the pictures, but omg!! I don’t think the pictures do this place justice! The view was just sensational. A complete slice of paradise. The aircon is amazing in the room, the staff were so kind, welcoming, helpful, responsive. Everything was made easy for you. Excellent breakfast delivery from a local restaurant came in 15 mins both times. The man who the villa uses for taxi was so quick and lovely. Everything well stocked and the pool was just perfect. So spacious. And to make it more perfect we got engaged here 🥰 Thankyou for making it so special. We will be back!!!
