The view was stunning, the moment I walked into the room I immediately relaxed. The balcony was excellent, very spacious with a view of the sea, everything was cosy and the staff were very welcoming. I noticed some reviews saying that there was only a trickle of water from the shower, but mine was fine. There are a few dials on the shower you need to turn as well as the tap underneath, but once they're all in place, the water pressure is great!! Location is also fantastic, 5 mins from the pier (entirely walkable), 5 - 10 mins away from the beach and lots of shops/restaurants in either direction.

We ended up leaving and finding other accomodation. The staff were apologetic, but unfortunately we didn’t get a refund.

“Great experience”
The staff was amazing. For my gf birthday they organized a cake in the boat tour, and when we came back there was a beautifull happy birthday sign on the bed made with flowers and leaves

“Okay value for money, great staff and location”
The location of the hotel was amazing. It was on the main street that runs through sairee beach village. There was also a bike rental right outside the hotel reception. They also had laundry services on site which was a bonus. The staff were amazing. Very helpful and nice.

“Disappointing and Dirty”
When we arrived at the hotel we checked in and headed to our room. When we arrived there was a massive crack in the door in which people can look into the room, mould on the roof and brown stains all over the wall. There was also stains on the bed sheets. I was very disappointed as the reviews for this place looked okay. I spoke to reception to ask if we could move rooms but they said they have nothing available apart from the honeymoon suite which was 4,000 Baht. This was disappointing as we had no where else to go apart from paying the extra fee! After talking back and fourth we finally got a refund for the stay (but had to pay for 1 night) and found a much nicer hotel. The team were pretty rude at first but then come to agreement to give us the refund. If you are thinking of staying here, I would highly recommend to think twice.
