“Lovely hotel. I´ll be back :)”
Everything! The staff is so kind and helpfull. The location is great, right at walking distance from what I want it. They helped me book my snorkling trips and the cooke at their cafe I just great. The room had what I needed and was clean. It can be a bit if you are facing the streets. I told the staff and they offered me a room facing the back. Problem solved.

“Very conveniently located, room was more than enough for us, comfy and nice”
The room was nicer than expected and the man at the front desk was very good at his job. The AC was not working the first night, so he had us move to another room. It was all sorted very fast. Super super good location

“Modern beach and bar vibe”
Location was perfect. Across from the beach and beside v good cafes and bars. Close enough from the main area but outside the rush. Room had a nice balcony and very clean and modern

“Loved our time in Koh Tao and the accommodation was perfect”
The property is in a very good central location. Close to restaurants, bars, shops and beach. It was clean and the staff were very helpful.

The location of this hotel was perfection. Right by the beach, fun activities nearby and lots of great food options! It was so good here, we extended another 4 nights.

Helpful staff, they actually waited for me after their closing hour as I came from Samui. Shower was incredible, with a heater that had good temperature and water pressure. Room was decent, not too big but good enough.

The room was clean and cleaned well, good quality air con. In addition the staff have learnt from previous reviews ...I didn't experience any rudeness at all, everyone was helpful and kind . TV in room will play netflix from your account and YouTube ..staff kindly fixed the TV. WiFi good

“Excellent”
Really glad we ignored the negative reviews. Excellent location. 10 steps from beach, restaurants, massage. Helpful non-intrusive staff. Room only but breakfast options all around. At quieter end of Sairee Beach so little noise at night. Take earplugs if light sleeper and ask for garden view room. moped park behind. Free transfer back to pier. Will be back!
