We had an absolutely amazing stay at Horizon Luxury Pool Villas on Koh Tao. From the very first contact, everything was incredibly friendly, helpful and uncomplicated. The communication before and during our stay was perfect and made us feel welcome immediately. The villa itself is simply stunning — breathtaking sea views, complete privacy and absolute peace and quiet. Waking up with that panoramic view every morning was unforgettable. The infinity pool and the whole atmosphere make this place feel truly special. A huge plus was the free scooter included with the villa, which made exploring Koh Tao super easy and convenient. The complimentary transfer from and to the ferry was also perfectly organized and stress-free. If you are looking for a private, relaxing and high-quality place to stay on Koh Tao, this is definitely one of the best choices on the island. We would come back anytime. Highly recommended!

The place was perfect for me very private and away from the busy town.The situation and the view from the property was amazing.The Villa was immaculately clean and had everything that anyone would need .The pool was so refreshing I just wished I stayed longer to have a few days to actually make use of the villa and chilled round the pool .The hosts were so accommodating and helpful from when I arrived until I left ,They even have the small details like picking you up from the port and dropping you off and also the use of a scooter.Amazing

“Fabulous villa with incredible views and exceptional attention to detail”

The attention to detail at the villa was exceptional. From having access to a moped to the use of a mobile phone for ordering take aways and taxis. When we arrived by ferry the owners came to meet us and arranged our transfer to the villa free of charge and also again on the return journey, which was really very kind. They went through the whole villa explaining how things work thoroughly. They have a book full of information about the villa, boat trips, local places to eat etc. which was very useful for our stay. The views over the bay from the pool and outdoor chill area are incredible, definitely the highlight of this place. Plenty of towels were provided and the bathroom facilities were great with 3 settings to use in the shower. Great facilities in the kitchen and they provide some nice drinks and snacks in the mini bar which you can either pay for at the end of your stay or just replace them easily from the local mini markets or 7-Eleven. The bed was super comfy and you even get some good views over the bay from the bedroom. The pool is a nice place to spend the mornings first thing and the evenings after a day exploring. Lots of butterflies and dragon flies to see around the pool area too. The living area is very cosy and you get access to movies to watch on the tv. The Horizon villa is highly recommended place to stay.

“Stunning apartment and views, but a little isolated in bad weather.”

Lovely, very private apartment with beautiful views over the south east of Koh Tao. Alex and Franzi were very friendly and met us at the port, which was really helpful. They were also available to help anytime, which gave us peace of mind. The filtered drinking water was great. Free use of a scooter was ideal but also needed, as the apartment is up in the hills. Free use of a mobile phone with a local SIM card and several useful numbers already stored - fantastic. Mosquito nets on the window (although there were only mosquitos around when it rained). Takeaway menus were also provided which was helpful.

“Incredible holiday getaway”

This is the best villa I've ever stayed at for the money. Really unique villa, beautiful view, you have complete privacy. The owners were incredibly welcoming and happy to help out in any way. As soon as you arrive here you understand why the villa has a 9.9 rating on booking.com :)

“Awesome! Stunning!”

This whole villa is beautiful and the views are spectacular! Don't need to pay for the island viewpoints from here! Both Alex and Franzi are lovely and helpful (and Colin!) - they really have tried to think of providing EVERYTHING, including aloe Vera in the fridge for when you're sun burnt. The free scooter use as well is brilliant! Meet and great at the pier, free transfers. Superb.

“Absolutely perfect”

Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a luxury and private accommodation during your stay on koh tao. Especially the view ( sea view from every room ) is breathtaking! This is the perfect place for a romantic getaway! Beautiful beaches are very close to the villa and easy to check out with the bike which comes with your stay. The bed is very very cozy. We will come back for sure !

The Villa is located up a hill with the most amazing views! Alex and Franzi are the nicest hosts, meeting us at the pier and running through how everything works when you arrive at the villa. Being able to use their scooter provided was really helpful and served us well in exploring the island. Don’t hesitate booking here! it’s lovely!

“The view was sublime!”

The villa has an amazing view that is just stunning. photos don’t do justice to how pretty the view is. We absolutely loved our stay. Alex and Franzi were both kind and warm. Alex picked us up personally from the pier which was much appreciated and then showed us around the villa. They go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. For instance, they have a motorbike kept for you which you can use throughout your stay, additionally they will pick you up and drop you off to the pier. additionally they even helped us with our tickets for the next island. Small but really kind gestures that are much appreciated. The villa is modern and has all the amenities. Besides if you need anything, Alex and Franzi are just one call away to help you out with whatever is needed. The pool is also very nice and has a breath taking view of the island. You can see Koh Phangan and Koh Ang Thong from the pool and also from the villa. We loved our stay at this villa. Lastly there are plenty of restaurants with a few minutes from the villa. Do visit high the moon if you are at the villa! Feels so sad leaving this amazing villa and this beautiful island.

Everything at the villa was amazing and allowed us to just relax. Alex and Franzi were the best hosts and organised everything for us including scuba diving and taxis to and from the pier. The villa includes everything you would need and more, our favourite parts included the motorbike, entertainment system and mini bar.

The whole experience was amazing in Horizon Villa. Alex and Franzi are the kindest people and they made us feel super at ease. The villa is gorgeous, such an amazing view, you have litterally everything you need and it’s super clean. The toilet throne was definitely the finishing touch for us 😜 overall the best experience and such a beautiful villa on top of the hill!

Everything was exceptional. Alex and Franzi were super friendly, relaxed and enthousiastic about their villa. The villa itself is just amazing, very spacious, clean and luxurious. Swimming pool, smart tv and rain shower. We had privacy, a great view and drinking water. The scooter was for free, which was very convenient, as well. We wished we could have stayed longer and we can definitely recommend this villa to everyone who visits Koh Tao!

A wonderful experience.The villa was beyond our expectations: the view is simply sublime, the pool is great, the house is extremely well appointed (Franzi and Alex have thought of everything, down to the smallest detail), the furniture is comfortable... Big positive point for the automatic scooter, which avoids you to rent one to not necessarily honest renters. Franzi and Alex, the hosts, are adorable, discreet and extremely available. They organized everything from A to Z: the ferry tickets, the cab to the villa, the transfer to the airport... Everything was perfect. It was an incredible stay. Koh Tao is an exceptional island. We will come back with pleasure.
