Our "private" hillside pool villa had an incredible view of the sea and nearby islands, however there was nothing private about this villa. The villa sat directly below another family sized villa which was occupied by a loud family throughout our entire stay. The kids above would often be looking down at us in the private pool which ended up to be a far less romantic stay than we initially imagined. On our second night, the family above had guests over until all hours which prevented us from using the pool as there were about 10 adults and 4 kids just watching us. I raised this with the staff but nothing was done to resolve this.

Beautiful views, great location with snorkelling from the beach in front, beautiful swimming pools, lots of areas so not too crowded, spacious rooms with air conditioning, great restaurants and pool side bar, lovely breakfast and friendly lovely staff. Great to have the resort transfers into Sairee beach and pick up from pier on arrival.

View of Koh Nangyuan is beautiful from room and all the swimming pools. Snorkeling from hotel jetty was very good. Spacious rooms with massive king bed. Private and quick transport at a fee to island was nice. Pools are beautiful and visas from pools amazing!

Everything is good especially staff, they are friendly snd helpful.

Nice modern rooms, be aware there is a very high chance you will have to walk up an extremely steep hill for 5/6 mins every day to get to your room as loads of hotel rooms are scattered up this hill- it’s manageable but not ideal. The property is out of the main area free shuttles are provided & other hours to pay taxi 100 baht per person into Sairee Beach area. Otherwise a nice hotel & friendly staff.

“Lovely relaxing place overlooking the island”

The views over Koh Tao and the sunsets were amazing. The hotel was very nice and all very friendly staff. Helped arrange tours for us and ran a free shuttle. We were in a high room and the hill was steep so walking up and down it each day can be a bit strenuous if you’re not athletic. Just 5 minute drive out of town so just far enough you’re not bothered by anyone but close enough to everything.

The sunset views and location were perfect. Great pick up/drop off from the ferry.

The location of the hotel is nice, but unfortunately our experience was not the best. The bedding felt damp, which made the stay uncomfortable. Also, the price does not match the quality of the accommodation. For what you pay, we expected much better conditions and overall comfort. Hopefully the management can improve these aspects in the future.
