The view of this property saves it entirely. The room is nice for the price and the restaurant across the road has nice cheap thai food

Beautiful bay with a lot of life forms like turtles, tasty food in restaurants nearby with good prices, amazing view. It had everything you need so you don’t gave to go to the main street. It is a good place to chill and relax from very crowded and busy part of Koh tao. Very important to know is that before you get to the place there is a big incline so don’t go by walking like i did. There is no grab don’t rely on

Everything was perfect, the view is amazing, people are so kind !

Good, beautiful location, quiet, but the little beach gets crowded during the day. You need a bike if you want to go to bars etc. There are just three places at the beach / char, banana rock and siam cookies (good pad thai). The room with AC was fine, had warm shower water and good bed. So, in this regard, no issues. Good location for snorkeling. Some bike rentals will give you mask for free. *e.g. Ollis rentals.

The view from the room was INCREDIBLE. 180 degree view of the sea. So peaceful. It was away from the chaos of the island. If you're looking for a base and to explore very locally, this is a great spot. Restaurant downstairs, very easy to access.

I loved our view from the balcony which was facing the sea.

The bungalow has a nice private balcony with an amazing view. It’s located at a nice beach and there is also a restaurant (but we did not eat there).

The restaurant that belongs to the bungalows had a great view, directly at the ocean, and good food. We also enjoyed the air conditioning in the bungalow.

It’s a great place for views only. i advice to book 1 night maximum to experience one of the most beautiful sunsets you’ll ever see. Next time i wouldn’t stay longer for every other reason.

Amazing location, long hilly road to get to it. So would need a bike or taxi, but the bungalows offer taxi service and are very friendly. The staff are really nice and helpful, very hard working. The bungalows are standard but very good, with large double bed, sofa, fridge... Don't need much more than that. Food was great, really recommend.
