“Highly Recommend”
Everything was clean, massive double bedroom stay for 4 people, just fabulous and completely exceeded our expectations. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. We loved the pool too. The mini mart was cheaper than 7/11. Amazing value.

Lovely hotel very nice staff members who were very helpful! Good location near everything but far enough away it’s quiet. Had a laundry service which was convenient. And a lovely pool.

“Felt like they try to charge extra for everything.”
Poor transparency and unexpected extra charges. Last-minute demand for an additional 2,000 THB for the fifth guest despite booking for 5 people, plus an extra 400 THB charge for a towel after an accidental spill. Overall felt unfair and unreasonable.

“Wonderful!! Everything you need!”
Great place! I really enjoyed my stay at Coco Palm, everything was beautifully organised and clean. I appreciated the daily water bottles and the bowls available in the room. The minimarket that runs 24/7 is very well equipped and useful. The hotel is close to the village life but on a secondary street, thus no noise! Highly recommended

“Perfect location in Koh Tao, lovely staff and large rooms”
Perfect location as it’s just outside the main walking street, so it’s quiet but also walkable. Staff is really friendly and accomodated our request to check out at 12:00. 24/7 shop is available at the reception area, so really convenient if you need water/drinks/snacks

“A good stay in Koh Tao”
The room was nice and clean and away from the hustle and bustle of the centre. The room had a tv with Netflix and a safe. The pool was also very nice!

“Great budget options in Koh Tao”
Room was clean quiet good ac good WiFi. Pool looked nice and clean. 24h assistance if needed. Nui at front desk was just lovely. Very helpful and informative. No problem for extra towels extra coffee etc. Hotel offers free taxi back to pier when you book with them. We would have stayed 3 more night but unfortunately they were fully booked. Would definitely recommend.
