The views are incredible. The location is also perfect. 10 minute walk down to the centre. Villa is clean and well maintained.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying here on Koh Tao! The villa is stunning, with a truly breathtaking view—we felt comfortable and happy from the very first moment. “Quirky property with a superb view and fantastic staff”

It was a quirky property and the rooms were very comfortable. The view was exceptional and it was great having the pool to cool down. There were options for food delivery in the property and Nanyas was AMAZING!

Beautiful comfortable villas with sea views, clean, great very helpful personal… small swimming pool in the villa is great addition. Located in a quiet, away from crowds area.

Spacious accommodation and comfortable beds. The private pool is really nice. As others have commented the property is in a steep hill.

“Studio room great value”

Lovely view from the studio property, but note you can’t see the sunset from the room/balcony as it sets round the corner. We were comfortable in this property and it was great value for money, but not luxurious. Two geckos seemed to live in our room which were cute but I’m sure staff would have gently removed them if we had wanted.

Amazing place to stay

Unbelievable. Possibly the best place we have ever stayed. Beautiful room. Amazing views. But the best thing was the staff and how kind, attentive and just all around accommodating they were. Honestly can't wait to Come back and this was by far the highlight of our trip.

We were in the only room without a pool which we knew from the start. The view from the room is truly amazing and we were not disappointed at all with the room or the location. Our overall stay here and in Koh Tao was great and we were more than well looked after at a very affordable rate.
