We loved staying in a quieter area of Koh Samui as we were working. The villa was perfect and so peaceful, everything was in great condition and they came to clean during the week also. Very close to a great gym, a padel court, local shops and a 7/11. We just got a grab to get into the main centre of Lamai or walked around 25 minutes.

Loved our stay here, we stayed a week and could have stayed another, perfect location to everything if you hire a bike. Villa was gorgeous loved the swinging chairs everything was so peaceful. When I seen the shower outside I weren’t sure but I loved it so relaxing

Lovely villa with private pool and complete privacy. Easy access to Lamai centre and beach, or anywhere on island by taxi/Grab or scooter. Comfortable bed and good air con. No bad drainage smells or ants inside. Netflix for rainy days. Host was very friendly and helpful. Good value for money comparable with similar standard of property. Would highly recommend

Villa is exactly like the pictures. Fresh, modern, clean, excellent design and details. Was exactly what we needed after weeks of travelling around, a safe haven for us to chill out and relax.

“Beautiful villa in a peaceful location”

The villa is absolutely incredible!! It is so spacious, pool and terrace are beautiful and also loved the outdoor shower. The photos do not do it justice!! Check in and check out was super easy and the taxi from the airport which was pre-booked for us was seamless. Do not hesitate to book!!! You won’t regret it. We wish we could have stayed for longer

Amazing host, so friendly. The check in process was super relaxed and everything was explained clearly. The villa was amazing, all the rooms were very clean and modern. Kitchen had all the utensils needed. Bathroom was lovely. Bed comfortable. Pool super nice and with plenty of seating space to relax on. We rented a scooter through the host and it saved us so much hassle and was the right call. Wasn’t even that expensive!

Stayed for 5 days, we enjoyed every aspect of the property. Was really easy to get places with local apps such as grab and bolt. All the amenities were as described, I would highly recommend yuka residence. I know we will be booking this place again when coming to sumai!

This place is amazing. I booked for three nights and ended up staying 3.5 weeks. The interior is lovely and modern, management & staff are great and super friendly, it's quiet and private and yet just 5 minutes outside of Lamai. Everything I needed was taken care of. Laundry, bike rental, airport transfer, everything organized by the management.

The whole process from start to finish was perfect. Helpful and available at all times for anything needed. Would recommend to anyone perfect for couples and families. Great location.

Absolutely stunning accommodation! Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. The equipment and details are amazing - a big plus for the Bluetooth speaker in the rooms, so you can play music and relax by the pool at the same time. Everything was spotless, beautifully designed, and it’s clear that the owners truly care about the place. The location is perfect..just around the corner there’s an incredible French café with the best breakfast we’ve had on the island. We’re so glad our plans worked out and we made it to this villa. From now on, whenever we come to Koh Samui, this will be our choice :) Another big advantage is how quickly the hosts respond - if you need anything or have a question, they take care of it right away.

Magnificent place, peace all for yourself and it is very clean, cosy. The pool is very nice big, water is always perfect. We even had a heavy rainy day that we spent at the villa and could not imagine better place at those moments. The bathroom is just wow, terrace is outstanding… amazing 🤩
