“Not Helpful”

Had to change date of booking hotel did not refund and used very poor English and sent countless emails re fed back .

“Quiet, immaculate, adult only resort away from the main tourist resorts. For a week‘s stay there were a few restaurants”

It was a perfect place to relax for a week at the end of our 3 month world trip.

Everything is great, the staff, the food, the location, very nice and cozy place. A nice beach 7-10 minutes walk from the hotel - near Cape Away Beach Bar

Everything! we stayed at the Peony room - it was spacious, super clean, comfortable and above our expectations. the overall atmosphere is well thought out - the resort is beautiful, relaxed and taken care of, the pool is bigger than it seems in the photos, the stuff is super nice and helpful and the restaurant is delicious. Even the Yoga class was great for all levels. Highly recommended.

This resort was exceptional. The whole resort is stunning and beautifully designed down to the small details - for example I really liked that lovely smelling wax melts which were lit every day in the rooms and the Jasmine scented llobycats toiletries The pool area is beautiful and lovely chilled vibes and is a great place to relax. All of the staff were fantastic - the manager was very welcoming and helpful and the staff at the on site restaurant, Lou Lou, were so kind and happy to help. The food and drinks at Lou Lou were also really delicious.

The room was very clean, the service was great (special mention to Ping Pong), who really went above and beyond. The pool area was stunning and really relaxing.

“An exceptional oasis away from busy Koh Samui”

I can’t fault this hotel, it was perfect in every way! I loved that it wasn’t in a busy area too. We rented a scooter from the hotel, it was seamless & very inexpensive. The pool & surrounding areas are amazing, an oasis away from busy Koh Samui, we loved the vibe. The room was great, clean & the bed was very comfortable! The onsite restaurant was also great, with live music each night. If you value comfort & cleanliness but also like the fancier things this is the perfect choice!

Everything - the property is new, luxurious, and with a great secluded location next to one of the best beaches we found on the island.

Beautiful resort, the owner has an exceptional eye for detail and everything is curated perfectly. The food is exceptional with great wines. Beautiful gardens and pool, very close to beach. A true gem of a resort.

Room was amazing, clean very comfy.No tv but not a big deal. The villa was excellent one of the best accommodation we've had i Thailand.

Everything! Cozy and new rooms, 5 min walking to the beach, the best staff we’ve found in Thailand, great food and unique pool! Also the shampoos, conditioner and body cream they use are actually good (which is not normal in hotels)!

Very quite if you want to be relax. The pool is amazing.

Everything was thought about in the resort. The room was perfect en clean, the amazing swimming pool surrounded by all of the green trees and plants. The food and drinks were amazing as well. We really had a great time here.
